The rooms around the Central courtyard are dark and can be very noisy depending on whatever group happens to be in. The bathroom area is really not very nice and very tight. We had problems at breakfast as another group cleared the little that was on offer and we ended up with jam sandwiches as we couldn't find any staff... More

We staid 2 nights and had a good experience. The hotel is located near Rt 1 and is easy to find. The Malecon and the main tourist area are a long walk, but doable if it isn't too hot. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable, but a little on the hard side. Bathroom is small and... More

Recently stayed twice here during a whale watching tour of Baja California. The Hotel is next to a restaurant, and there is a launderette, minimarket and cafe within two minutes walk. Both rooms we had, contained two double beds, television. The first had a great walk in shower, the second had a smaller walk in shower. Coffee maker in both... More

We thought this hotel was a great stopover night for our group. The staff was accommodating & caring. We felt safe and the room was clean. We had some drinks at the hotel bar which seemed overpriced for what it was, but nonetheless appreciated the convenience. It did not seem very booked & was a quiet place to sleep.

For the price, one of the worst places we have stayed in and we have traveled all over the world so we can compare. We had to have the sheets changed as they were soiled, only 2 towels (not white but grey white) ... mold on floors and on shower curtain... I could go on forever....people coming and going in... Stayed in the hotel 1 week ago. From the start it was not a great experience. We checked in and they stated the only rooms available were the next to most expensive. We were tired and figured the hotel was full so accepted the room. The room was in the absolute back of the grounds right on the alley. The... More

This is the second time I have stayed here and will not be back. I used to stay at the La Pinta/Desert Inn Loreto for the last 10 years or so but the La Pinta is for or has been sold and has no amenities any more. I tried the Hacienda because they advertise being pet friendly on all the... More

This hotel is family run and has a lovely courtyard area. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center of town. I spent two nights here, then a few days later another night. First room was pretty good. On my return the second room had a leaky toilet and smelled funny. Overall though,... More
