A friend who stayed at the casitas the week before our trip insisted that we stay thee. We were on our third adventure, driving the Baja from Enseenada to Cabo. We brought our granddaughter because she wanted to go to Cabo for her high-school graduation present. We usually skip Loreto and go straight to La Paz. Never again. We may never...

We stayed 2 days in Loreto in one Coco Casitas (the newest part of Coco Cabanas). We arrived directly to Loreto in the afternoon and we visited this structure...enchanting! Little houses (cabanas) in a garden full of palms, in the center the first swimming pool (the chilled one), then another building (with rooms) and the casita (a real apartment fully...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Coco Cabanas. Stephen was a gracious host, and offered excellent advice on local shops, as well as great referrals for car rental, boat trips and tours. Coco Cabanas is a friendly place to use as your exploration base for the Loreto area, or to just " hang by the pool"!...

I go to Loreto every year and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Large, clean rooms; great air conditioning (plus ceiling fans); nice kitchens with big refrigerators! A cooling pool (for the summer, heated in the winter) shaded by coconut palms. Easy walking to the marina and malecon, and to downtown. Everybody's friendly and helpful. Very safe. When you walk through the...

My wife and I knew nothing about Loreto. We just booked a trip on blind faith. Wow, what a great place to go with tons to do. We stayed at Coco Cabanas, a great little place. Stephen & Barrett are brothers that own it and go out of their way to be sure you have the best time. Very affordable...

The owners were a great help to us as we got ready to race the Loreto 400 off-road race. After a grueling day we were able to come back to a relaxing evening in the chilled pool and the a wonderful nights sleep. A big thumbs up. More than your postage stamp motel.

We just did our second trip to Loreto of course staying at CoCo Cabana's! When you think things couldn't get better BECAUSE it was perfect the first time well let me tell you it can. They now have TWO HEATED POOLS! I tell you they felt great after a walk around town or after a day on Corando Island and...

March 24 - April 4, 2011. We are so happy to return yet again to Coco Cabanas. Owners, Steven and Josie (and Barrett and Iliana) are wonderful friends.... more like family, really. We settled right in to Cabana #2 (our fav.) and let the cares of the world fade away as we adjusted to Baja Time... Swimming in the immaculate...

This was an excellent choice for our family's first visit to Loreto: Steve was an excellent host who welcomed us to this spacious two-story casita facing a small courtyard with pool; He provided a detailed map of the town and a great list of contacts for scuba diving, whale-watching and restaurants. He booked our daughter in for a dive trip...

This is a good hotel for the price. Steve (the on-site owner) is very friendly and offered fresh clams to us and several guests the first night. We appreciated the free water jugs (unlike the mission hotel that only gives you free water the first night - jeeze). The showers have a small hot water tank. I guess my main...
