A welcome resting spot after a week of serious riding from ajijic. The coldest place so far. Wind blows in from the ocean which looks great if you have a room on the 4th floor. The rooms are spacious. 6 different pools. Garden. Golf course. Lots of wellness activities. Shuttle available at certain times to loreto. Town was quiet the... More

Very clean rooms; excellent food, perfectly prepared and served by Benjamin, David, Eduardo, Saul, and many others. Carlos at reception was fantastic and very accommodating with our requests. Oscar and Omar were helpful showing us our room, always willing to speak to us and answer our questions. The Activities team (Cathy, Eduardo) entertained us with noon-hour aerobics and other adventures.... More

Quiet resort, lots of pool and beach side loungers available. Great kayaking and paddle boarding. Cooking lessons were fun too. We cooked on our own and ate in Loreto for suppers and had some great meals. Not much for dining choices on the all-inclusive side.

First off, I will say that the resort is beautiful and the staff is great. We would definitely like to return in the near future. But I think we learned some things that I'd like to pass on....I apologize if it's long... We used Interval to exchange a week here and the all-inclusive is mandatory. $170/per night/per couple. If you... More

This was our 3rd visit to the Villa del Palmar in Loreto. It is our favorite property of theirs (others in Cancun, Cabo, Puerto Vallarta) although all are great. Since our first stay, the resort has slowly added to its facilities, the latest being a world class golf course with gorgeous views (only 7 holes are finished at this time).... More

If you are looking for a resort that offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is the place for you. This resort is isolated, no getting around that fact, but the isolation is it's charm. Fly into Loreto, Mexico, take about a 30 minute shuttle to the resort and you are in a different world. The resort is peaceful and... More

Just returned from a wonderful week at this amazing resort. There is so much to do and explore. We stayed All Inclusive and we impressed with not only the accommodations but the setting is breathtaking. As other reviewers have commented, it is out of the way but shuttle services offered at no charge by the resort, allow you to go... More

We have a reservation through Interval International for 1 week on March 12th. We have had 3 emails and 3 phone calls URGENTLY asking us to contact Jessica and Jazzi for final confirmation arrangements for our stay. We have taken 5 trips through Interval and have never been bothered in this way in the past. I have a confirmation letter... More

On planning holidays with lifelong friends we needed to determine a destination. Ten years ago, we three couples decided to travel to an all-inclusive in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. We left there with life time memories that would be difficult to duplicate, after all we were 10 years younger. So with this current trip I decided to take a tip from... More

Visited Villa Del Palmar Feb 17 to Feb 24 2016 with a Family of 6. Like other posts, wasn't sure if I was ready to let the world know about this fabulous resort, nice and quiet for now, lots of room at the pool and beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and very well appointed. Drinks and food are excellent... More
