Quiet location, compared to staying in a hotel in town (except for when there's a wedding, in which case the loud music will last past 10 PM).
A bit far from the city to walk to it, so you'll end up driving instead. The Malecon...More
The hotel is okay. The staff is great but the rooms are very small. The art inside the hotel is very unique. I got a great deal, so I cannot complain. If you want a hotel ocean side, then this is for you.
A really neat old Mexican resort hotel. 3 stories / no elevator. Beautiful grounds with art sculptures scattered around. We were greeted upon arrival by smiling faces of the staff. From the front desk clerk to the gardeners, everyone had a nod and a smile...More
Hotel is located about 5 minutes outside of La Paz - which is perfect if you have a rental car. You can pop into town during the day to shop and eat, then head back for margaritas on a deserted beach at sunset!
We have been to La Concha Beach Resort twice a year for the past 5 years and it is the ONLY place we will stay! We have taken our children there and had no issues! Some do complain of the noise from weddings and parties...More

Not quite sure what your question is, but if it's if the newer section condos have king size beds, I'm sure there are at least some. I believe these are privately owned, and then rented out as part of the La Concha, so they may differ from unit to unit. The condos are definitely much nicer than the regular hotel, with all the benefits of the hotel, and added security with gates on the driveway and beach. You also have a condo only pool and hot tub, but can use the reopens as well. We had a very nice stay there for our fishing trip.

"Suite 117 is single story, no one above, otherwise get a top floor room."
