This a very nice, "CLEAN" Hotel. It is an older building, but very well kept. We enjoyed the central location and sitting out watching people go by and the fantastic sunsets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though our Spanish was minimal. Rodolfo was especially helpful to us. We enjoyed our continental breakfast down at the open restaurant...

This hotel is pretty reasonable and a very nice central location the front desk was very helpful with directions. Free parking was nice. Our room was off to one side and it was noisy at night from bars and restaurants below. The bed was comfortable. The pool had way too much chemicals in it for me. We liked sitting up...

The Perla is one of the old hotels in La Paz . We found it to be very well maintained and staffed by some friendly and helpful people. The interior was freshly painted. It was very clean. Our room had two beds and while it would have been nice to have had one larger one, it worked out fine. It...

This hotel was a great value. The location is great, rooms are clean and comfy, and the attached restaurant downstairs is quite decent. In particular I found the bed very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. Note that some rooms are adjacent to a night club and can be very noisy all night long. We were fortunate enough not to...

Good Malecón side restaurant ... good for a solid Mexican breakfast ... prime location! Right down smack in the middle of the Malecón ... good spot right on the main strip with a view of the harbor and near most attractions.

There are more theatrical places to stay in La Paz. Some cheaper, some more expenssive. Hotel Perla is the perfect expression of the city. Clean, updated, friendly, perfect. This historic hotel has seen La Paz grow up around it for almost 100 years. It has been rebuilt and remodeled many times.

La Perla is an old, clean hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The ladies at the reception desk went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We told the valet what time we would need our car the next morning and he always had it ready for us, The hotel itself has no frills, but is clean and...
