The place is super outdated, when you walk in your not sure if your in a dingy and cheap Vegas hotel with a confusing Mexican vibe from the 1970's (the burgundy red carpets inside the rooms and an aweful scary Aztec portrait overlooking your bed surrounded by huge mirrors says it all), but for the 65-70 dollars a night you... The rooms are huge. Lots of space to place luggage, large bathrooms, and everything. The hotel restaurant is excellent and its pretty much always open. Best pool / jacuzzi facilities in Ensenada. Staying here this weekend and I'm just loving the pool lounge. The weather in Ensenada is amazing in June. My wife loves the restaurant. She cares a lot... More

I had a great time with my wife and friends there. The staff is really polite and nice, they allow me an early check in. The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice, we even got a 15% discount on drinks. Eating places are very close, you can go walking.

We stayed in a remodeled room, which was nice, but the reception people are very unfriendly, and it's a very noisy hotel, they turn on the pool music in the morning. And I guess we were unlucky because the gardener had very loud tool in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay, after reading some of the reviews we were scared, but they were polite, helpful, n the rooms were decent. They were doing alot of renovations. We would love to stay there again on our next trip.

Hotel is old. The moment you walk in, it stinks, cigarettes & old smell. No floor mats in the bathroom for shower, no facial towels. Asked for an extra towel for my 2yr old & was questioned by receptionist. Poor customer service. Will NOT stay there again.

The quality of the rooms is very poor. Paint was dingy & peeling, vents were dusty, restroom seat was loose TV remote in-op, could also have used a bit of air freshner. Rooms need a serious upgrade. For the price of the rooms -----not worth the $$$ Pool area on the other hand looked very nice, but unfortunately I did... More

I stayed here when I visited Mexico last year for my birthday. I stayed at San Nicolas Hotel with some friends and we had an incredible time. It was not expensive, the pool was very nice and there are 3 jacuzzi's. The rooms are big and comfortable.

The room that I stayed was a king Luxury but there was nothing luxurious about it. It was an OK room but the shower had weak pressure. The sheets smelled like they hadn't been change and the carpet look a bit old. Also they cheated me on the rental. The site I reversed from said it would be 68 per... More
