We spent 4 nights at this B&B and I can't rate it highly enough. Claire and Mike were great hosts and especially keen on providing a very safe COVID environment, down to the breakfast dining room being effectively split into 2, one half for each of the rooms they are currently using. We were not only made very welcome - being greeted with a freshly made lemon drizzle cake in our room was a lovely touch - but also felt very safe. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Claire and Mike are both trained chefs and worked in hospitality before running a B&B and it shows. The breakfasts were plentiful and there was a very good choice. I had a full English every day and it was cooked to perfection and the portion wasn't too large. They even offer an extra of potato rosti. My wife tried their home-made pancakes and waffles and these were just as good. We also had two three-course evening meals while there and the standard was maintained. Again everything is freshly prepared in-house. They make a raspberry souffle to die for. An added bonus is that they have just got their alcohol licence and now stock local Kent wines and beers. Also worth mentioning that they offer a very varied gluten-free menu. All-in-all we couldn't fault the B&B and will certainly return in the future .

Dear Dave Thank you so much for your wonderful review . We love to hear such great feedback and it gives us a real boost. The last year has been tough in the B&B industry but being open again and getting great feedback has really made all our hard work worth while. Our B&B has been a labour of love and all the small touches just gives the guest a special experience. Mike and I just love to cook and its been a great way to test our skills our again. Mike Soufflé has been a real talking point in our reviews and if you are reading this and haven't been here its a must!! We hope you will be able to return to us again in the future, until then keep safe and well. Best wishes Claire and Mike

Claire and Mike were very welcoming and ensured that we had a superb stay. The only downside was that we were unable to stay longer! We arrived to find an absolutely delicious cake awaiting for us in our room and lots of very friendly and thoughtful touches. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. There is a lovely little garden for you to sit in when weather permits as well as a guest living room to relax in. The breakfast was amazing and we considered extending out stay to try the evening meals that reviews so highly recommended! Everything is very covid friendly with a totally contactless experience, and there were even air purifiers running throughout the house. I would recommend booking directly through their own website as we found a much better deal through there rather than third party sites. Highly recommend a stay here!

Fab BnB! The location is very good for travelling around Kent as it’s 15 mins from Dover and 20 mins from Canterbury. Claire and Mike were very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived. The house is very clean, spacious and pleasant. Lots of little thoughtful touches in the room such us some homemade cakes, bottled water, fresh milk, etc. They have measures placed in to make sure that the place is clean and COVID safe that are way better than most hotels and BnB that I have stayed in during the pandemic (I work away a lot) so I was very impressed. The cooked breakfast was amazing and definitely keen to try their dinner as well next time we go back and stay. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

We were visiting Port Lympne so wanted to stay somewhere local. We booked this place purely because of the reviews. It was extremely beautiful and we are very glad we booked to stay. The hosts were very kind and you can tell they take pride in what they do. We loved the breakfasts, both were delicious. My partner said that the full English was the best he had ever had. The room was great, the bed was comfy and the lemon drizzle was a bonus! We will definitely come again!
