The hotel is nice and it is 3.5kms away from ao nang beach.....staff is polite and helpful....they offer free vehicle service to ao nang beach thrice a day....thank you for wonderful service and hospitality....

The room is clean, but was bit far to the beach, anyway the hotel provided shuttle bus to beach. The staff are helpful, friendly. Just our room heater for bath is not working well even though they send machinist for help.

Two 1-bedroom Executive Suites were booked. Upon check-in, one suite was given ONE key card and the other Suite was given a key card and a room key. We asked for 2 key cards and he (Receptionist) first refused until we asked why the other suite gets a card and a key? Then he reluctantly said I will find you a key card because the hotel is full🙄. Later we got a second key card but not scanned for opening the suite! I asked to scan but she refused and wanted to take back the card. And she rudely said the key card costs Baht300! Don't understand what it means. The suite is clean, big but empty-feeling. Poor water system in bathroom, very little water if someone else is using it. Bathtub shower & rain shower didn't work well at all, similarly at the basin. TV in bedroom didn't work well. Complimentary mini bar for them means coffee only, minibar is empty! Elevator is very hot during the day, it's like a sauna room! Called for toilet paper roll, I have to pick up toilet paper roll from Reception! No point paying for a Suite! …

Having read the reviews we were aware that the location of far from the beach - however this was no problem as the is scooters available from the hotel or across the road. The hotel was clean but felt a little tired. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay

We was stay at Tetris hotel for a night our room number is 310.We booked true Agoda we paid 890 THB room with breakfast. Hotel location on the street about 10 minute to Aonang Beach hotel also provided shuttle bus. Advantages : One staff are very nice especially Khun Lek at Reception. Parking , Room are very clean , Room size was okey , Swimming Pool look nice but smaller than in photo. Need to improve : Fruit in a breakfast neary expried we eating on 3 Nov. 2019 (Watermelon) Check in time at 14.00 PM we know that all of specail request are subject on available,But staff should try to help do not just keep the room untill 14.00 PM and let we are follow up by our self. Do not go to this place. It is cheap but not worth the money Staff is helpful. Rooms are noisy. Beds are old you lay curved. Your back will hurt for sure. When you ask for another room...they say they have are fully booked. I checked on internet.... Many rooms available. So lying staff !! No hospitality at all. An awful place. There are many nice places in Ao Nang. Never go here !!

This hotel is in the aonang beach area but it takes about 10 minutes to drive there. Despite this, we felt comfy in the rooms as it was spacious enough. There is a laundry food stalls and an outside gym just beside the tetris hotel. Parking is provided in front of the hotel. Most of the hotel staff were friendly too.

The hotel is very nice and newly room. Upon checked in Khun Supaporn which manager and team were welcoming us profession and politely, nice welcome drinks and nice room, in the room was very clean and big room , nice bed. Modern designed , and the location is good , love the car park cause i drive car , a lot of parking car. Love the swiming pool like privately pool not many people , is good for your trip and like private. The valuable budget hotel paying and got nice hotel with cheap price !! Love it ,the beakfast is okay there are a lot food choice , salad , fruit , bekery baker and othes i will definately come back again !!

Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was good as well we could call and they would come however after 8 there is a 200 baht fee. Location was not good but it was fine for us cause all our activities provided free pick up luckily. Breakfast buffet was just fine.. Didnt like staing at the same level as China tourist as they were loud and woke us up a lot

Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances. This hotel is the pits. Paid extra for a suite was a mistake. 2 TVs in room and neither works. Bed is like rock. Nothing to do at night. Cannot walk around the immediate area as nowhere to go. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Last shuttle from town back to hotel is at 7.15pm, if it arrives! We had to keep paying 200baht for return trip to hotel by tuk tuk. Could have picked better hotel for less money and better convenience. Breakfast is prepared at 6am and still there at 10am but cold and stale. Two girls on front counter good but not a place to stay whilst on holiday. Pity there is no negative star rating!
