The pictures on the website have nothing to do with its current situation. According to the staff the hotel has never been renovated in the past 15 years and the owner does not invest in it at all. You can clearly see this when looking at the guest's pictures here. In addition, the Christmas dinner was a rip-off and the...

This is the 2nd time we have been back here. We were here in the same period in 2013 & had already found the place a bit run down but still acceptable for the price it is. However this time, it's gotten even worst with the hotel literally falling apart now. Everywhere are signs of wear. Ceiling boards falling down...

Swarms of ants in rooms-I'm still itchy thinking about it. Gecko found in bathroom. Bathroom dirty and disgusting-dried up dirty caulking falling in chunks in sink. This pace really needs upgrading. Nice pool and spa. Slow service in restaurant and expensive.

This hotel used to be good. Now is it in really bad shape!! The maintenance have been totally neglected. The breakfast is so bad it's better to eat on the restaurant next door. The service is also bad. This hotel need to be totally renovated and get in professional staff in all positions. Until then, we will definitely not recommend...

I loved this hotel which had the most fabulous views of beach and mountain from restaurant terrace. At one time this must of been an impressive grand hotel airy spacious and an authentic Thái feel but is now needing redecorating as paint peeling and wall paper jaded. We upgraded ti"deluxe" for to have a sea view. The room was huge...

My only complaint with my stay, and it is a big one, was the mosquitos. This is an exterior corridor property with a big gap under the door. No matter what we tried with sprays, with stuffing a towel in the crack under the door, etc. the mosquitos bit us all evening and night. Not uncommon to be awakened in...

Stayed in this hotel on the other half of our trip to Ao Nang, Krabi. This hotel was reasonably priced and we had read the reviews before we went so knew it needed a bit of tlc. When arrived around 12 so early for the 2pm check in time but our room was ready and we were brought to the...

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here over the last 5 days. The rooms are very spacious and have a large balcony with a swing and a wonderful view. WE were able to watch the sunset from our room. Breakfast was good and the service is fantastic in the restaurant. However this hotel is very tired and there...

I booked this hotel for my parents for my father's birthday and enjoyed the spacious room and amazing interiors of the hotel. The hotel has split-level infinity pools and excellent old-school wooden architecture with high ceilings and vast spaces. The spa is in the basement and was the most relaxing experience in my 11 day trip to Thailand, which included...

Spacious rooms, that large balcony with a swing. 3 swimming pools in all with cascading water. It was such a pleasant swim in the hot afternoon accompanied by the view of some surrounding greens. Not bad for a good night over at Krabi on a recent business trip. Although located away from where the stretch of touristy nightlife was, and...
