Room: the facilities are old, bathroom quite noisy. There are mosquitoes in the room!! Need to use electronic mosquito repellent. As a 4 star hotel, it should not have mosquito problem inside the room. The room is not bright enough, diff from they show in pic. Breakfast: it might be good for people from India. We do not prepare such heavy breakfast. The hotel prepares some break, it is quite normal and I saw ppl use hand to select and pick bread from basket. Suddenly no appetite to have bread. In the morning end went out to eat. Process: the check in process was super slow. We drove, and the car parked in front of lobby waiting the staff assign us a room so we can park to reserved parking lot. Because we could not get our room number, the staff asked us to temp park in front of lobby. There were many vans in and out and many people arrived. It was a messy and hot. Customer: around half of guests are from Indian. Maybe that’s the reason why hotel prepared food are more like Indian style. I personally do not fell this is a Thailand hotel. …

Had requested for an arrival pick up and hotel demanded prepayment Saying payment link sent but nothing received. Not a pleasant start, In the end we had to grab an airport taxi. Check in was a far cry from old days where there is welcome drinks and friendly staff. The team just seemed busy and frustrated. We got a room opposite the restaurant so it was noisy, everyone passed by our room to go anywhere so being light sleepers 7 days of this was not comfortable. Breakfast staff were always nowhere to be seen and always appeared disgruntled. Your omelette chef made us overcooked broken omelettes everyday for 5 days now. Kids club was dirty and not well mantained. We had days housekeeping did not clean our room even when there is no dnd. Its been dissapointing, we have stayed here 5 times now ever since mercure days and sad to say this will be the last.…
On arrival at the hotel after a 3 hour drive we were told our room was not located in the main hotel and that it had no window and about a 5 minute walk up hills and steps to like an attic room green mound on the front no window in the room and a smell of mould and have now been told we can pay more to upgrade the customer service has been the worst ever that I have received in Thailand and we have visited many times
We went with family from India. Location of hotel is nice with calm ambiance. Few Indian restaurants are located nearby. Restaurant and food quality are nice. Hotel staff are very cooperative and tried to help the customers with an extra mile. They help for arranging local touring, giving flexible time for stay, arrange free trip to beach and extend all necessary help.
Very nice experience, clean hotel with cooperative staff. Couple friendly and family oriented hotel. All required facilities available, sumptuous breakfast options. Rooms are big and comfortable. Recommended
Very well maintained resort with friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast buffet and a la carte menu! Pool is well maintained with pool side bars. Spa services should be made more easily available. We couldn't get a spa done for reasons that we could not decipher. But, Would definitely return!
There was nothing to eat in veg for vegetarian...I saw there was 50% Indians in hotel...so you should improve this... you should include chapati vegetable Paratha dosa upma etc for Indians... otherwise instead of this, everything was just awesome 👍
I wish to give a 6 star if available. The hospitality was really great and wish to come back if I again come to Krabi. The staff over here are very kind and courteous. I recommend people to choose this place if they visit Krabi.
Water charges were too high and normal drinking water was not served and when filled from canteen then lady shouted at me and told that she would charge 350 bath and she she spilled that water in wash room but she didn’t want us to drink.
