I had booked this hotel on booking.com (it was available on agoda & other sites too) 2 weeks prior to arrival. The reviews & ratings there were not bad, has some positive comments. Upon arrival, we found the hotel has closed down! There was absolutely no communication from the hotel about this! We were very lucky as it was low season and we were able to get a room at a lovely hotel across the road at a good rate. Do not stay at this hotel. I wish I hadn't doubted the comments here. But really people, do not book this hotel. It is irresponsible to let people book then close shop with no notice whatsoever. And now that I've seen it myself, it is wedged in a small dodgy alley right next to the bar. There are MANY hotels in the vicinity that are much much better than this crap place. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Short Version: A scam based on false pictures, hiding disgraceful s**thole rooms of a hotel built into a crack alley. Avoid at all costs. Full Review: I've travelled in many classes of hotels and guest houses over the years (for reference, the previous accommodation being the cute, clean and simple Grandma Keaw Guesthouse in Chiang Rai). Nothing could have prepared me for this utter disgrace in terms of deceitful misrepresentation and quality. I booked this hotel via booking.com, the pictures of the rooms and pool looked stunning. My GF and I decided to pay for a beautiful boutique hotel for two nights to start the second relaxing half of our holiday in Thailand. We arrived at 9pm directly from the airport. The taxi dropped us off at an alleyway of the main strip (not quite the entrance that was expected). But fine. After entering the alley, the entrance of the hotel was found, 10 rickety metal steps leading to the lobby. At this point, alarm bells were sounding, it looked like someone had built a residence in a space between two normal buildings. Upon being lead via awkward stair cases to my room, i was further shocked. The room was an absolute disgrace. The walls were lumpy and the paint completely chipped, the furniture looked like it had been rescued from a rubbish dump. The shower base was completely corroded like it was the original installation from the 1950's. The bathroom stank so bad, they had hung up air fresheners to try and disguise it. Not to mention the loose electrical cabling. The thin swimming pool is crushed in the depths of a crack alley, and is dwarfed on all sides by buildings, at a rough count, there are at least 120 air conditioning heat exchangers dumping hot humid air on to the already suffocated pool area. After paying 4200bt for a two night stay... I instantly and politely told the lady who took us to the room my abject disappointment of the room (in comparison to the pictures online). I highlighted the multiple failings. I said to her it's a 1 star establishment, 2 at best, pretending to be 3 to 4 stars. She actually agreed. But stated there could be no refund. This was not my main concern, my main concern was leaving this absolute dive, which really affected our ability to enjoy the first night of our stay in Krabi. We avoided going back to the room until we absolutely had to. The next morning we left first thing (without any refund) and checked into the wonderful hotel across the street (same price range) and could not be happier. Everything is a world apart. Do not allow yourself to be fooled by this place. It will ruin your mood, holiday stay and at the same time, rob you blind.

This was the worst hotel that i stayed , i hv been to Krabi for many times and every year. My kids like Krabi very much because of easy to go around, and hv nice food. We are disappointed by this hotel, because of very noisy at night, live band cafes are on ground floor, noisy till 2am. Air conditional was not working, complained but repaired work not done right, and caused me to go down to reception room for steaking electried fan.... Room looked untidy,....bathroom is bad .! hope owner will do something to improve.....

The worst thing is that they stole money from our safe, 100€. They only took some bills, hoping we wouldn’t notice. Manager called us liars and was very unpleasant. Other travelers here also descirbe money being stolen, especially foreign money (€,$,£) First room we got was straight above the bars and very very noisy until 2:00 at night (music and bass like you are at a party yourself) and also had a blocked toilet - previous guests poop floated up and nothing went down the toilet. Second room we got was a lower standard and cheaper room (no refund for price difference) and the toilet was working but extremely smelly - very strong sharp and disgusting sewage and pee smell. The tap water was barely there and also almost no pressure in the shower. You didn’t even want to get yourself soapy because it was a challenge to rinse. And also the smell of pee really puts you off from spending time in the bathroom. The lights in the room are very dim, if you want to apply makeup, it’s complicated. The bedsheets had stains on them and bed also had hair in it.

We arrived on the 20th dec late in the evening and was told there was only two rooms available and one was facing the bar below. My two sons stayed in this room and music could be heard until 0200hrs. The shower pressure was poor in their room and we had to ask for the shampoo and soap dispensers to refilled. The next day we went to the beach and came back about 1300. Guess what? There were three men in my sons rooms fixing a new air con . Major work!! Piping etc. All they could say was sorry we have to install new aircon. Can you not block this room out of order instead of offering this room to us? On the second night, my sons were woken up at 0100hrs by another family opening their door. Apparently the reception gave this family the “security” key to check into my sons room. (What a joke!!) no security whatsoever. On the third day there were cockroaches running in their room. In our room one of the shower glass door was missing and the floor was always wet after shower. Both air cons were loud. The front door were flimsy and no security lash.(missing or broken). The reception lady even told us don’t leave any valuable items in the room as it may get lost. Overall even though the location was “good” near beach, I would not recommend this property due to poor security, poor maintenance of the rooms and no service.

My friend and I were looking for a place to stay as we got lost finding our initial place. As we stopped by this boutique hotel, we were greeted by this lovely lady named Habida. She gave us a very informative introduction of the rooms and the overall hotel. We instantly booked a room on the spot for the night. What made it even better is that when we asked her if we could book a taxi for the next day as our flight was very early in the morning and that we needed to have an early check out , she said that she will handle everything and to just come to the Front Office at 5.30. Truthfully yes everything went absolutely smoothly. Her customer service skills are simply wonderful and she goes the extra mile to make you feel like you're right at home.

For all the people said it was lame. Let's make an order. The hotel it self is perfect. Good location, good view to the sea, and very big rooms. Hotel is very clean, and well accommodated. Only bad thing is a noisy bar under hotel, but if you stay in the far rooms, you won't hear this that loud. I don't think that giving the hotel 1 or 2 stars is fair, because that can't do anything about the noise. I hope that they will succeed.

Me and my bf were traveling for 2 weeks in Krabi. So we stayed 9 nights in Deluxe room. Nothing bad to say. Staff ware helpfull and friendly. I don't belive that staff stealing money. When I had a look the reviews I was surprised. We kept all 9 nights our phones, documents and money in safe and nothing happened. This place is good,if you go there to explore Krabi,if you want to have a good sleep no way...the Boogie Bar underneath...loud music untill 1am but we were ok with that.Clean room, comfortable beds, mini bar, laundry service.Perfect location,2 min walk to Ao Nang Beach and amazing Thai massage next door.Motorbike rental near by and planty restaurants to eat and drink.

room clean, spacious, just nice to stay with family or friends love the concept of the private pool for hotel guest but need more deco and should have small bar for guest. the wifi is GOOD... located in heart of Ao Nang ! you can have everything here ... food, shopping spree, massage, tour, everything... u name it! noisy at night because of the bar located around the hotel but its your choice. if u want quite places, go stay somewhere farrrrrrr from everything... the aircond in excellent condition except the water pressure in the shower need more powerrrrrrrrrrrrr.... staff friendly & helpful eventho not really understand English. lastly, don't put high expectation. what you pay is what you get. if you want 5 stars treatment, go 5 stars hotel. me and frens sure will come back!
