Was meant to stay at the Anana for 4 nights but due to not being able to get a ferry we were only able to stay 3 nights. We did give advance notice but no refund for the missed night was given. There were a couple issues but management quickly resolved them. The rooms are nice and the air con is amazing. The hotel is away from the tourist area and it’s nice to get some relaxation but also have the tourist areas accessible. The hotel do offer a shuttle every hour or you can choose to walk which is around 25 mins and in the heat not for the faint hearted Overall stay was good, you must visit railey beach and go early before it gets to busy to really enjoy this amazing beach. This cost 100 baht each way for ao nang beach My only real complaint was the service in the roof top bar, this took a long time and others were served twice before we were even spoken to, nice to view the sunset over the. Me and my partner stayed here in March 2022 and loved every second of it. We stayed in one of the Spa rooms with a beautiful view of the cliff. It was one of the best hotels throughout our entire 8 weeks trip in Thailand. Everything is just perfect. The beds are comfy, rooms are very clean, and all the facilities are just beautifully designed. What makes this hotel so great though is that everyone and everything is making sure you have a great time and feel good. Whether it is laundry service, helping arrange trips, or getting a packed lunch - the staff goes out of their way. Particularly, Johan from the reception was an absolute star in helping us figure out what to do in Krabi and beyond, and making sure all of the logistics are figured out. We attended a private boat trip organised for guests to the 4 islands and it was one of the best island hopping trips we’ve done. The Hotel has a great sustainable concept too and makes sure it has a zero carbon footprint. We had the opportunity to talk to the hotel owner one night and he explained to us that the interior was all locally manufactured. They use electric cars and sustainable options whenever possible and fund a coral reforestation programme to achieve a carbon neutral footprint entirely. STAY HERE!…
Mr. Oliver Suvantamee General Manager was a great Host. He greeted Guest daily to see if there had any additional wishes. He helped us personaly to organize a lovely trip to a hot water wellness resort. Staff was verry friendly all times. The Hotel needs to improve the Breakfast. It was not bad but needs to change items, specially the fruits. Coffe machines where also a problem. All in all a nice experience and I will visit again.
The perfect and wonderful quiet place for couples and family, clean and great breakfast, and perfect dinners.. wonderful pool, good and kind staff, very crashed shakes and cocktails… we very enjoyed to stay here, and definitely will back again. Thank you Anana. 🙏
We recently stayed at Anana. The beginning of our stay was a little rough due to some travel issues we had. Oliver did everything possible to make sure our experience was perfect. During our stay, my husband got a little sick with a cold/allergies. Oliver was so kind. He actually took my husband personally to the pharmacy to help him get some medication. This was WAY beyond what any employee of a hotel would do in the United States. Based upon the service and care Oliver and his staff have provided, I would give this resort 10 stars if I could!
AMAZING!!!! I can give 1000 stars if i could. We just love every second of our stay at Anana. The staff around are just so welcoming and always trying to make your vacation the best you will ever had. We appreciate Oliver for always checking on us and the rest of the guests. The rooms are just beyond luxurious and beautiful, but also very calming and most importantly comfortable and squeaky clean. As a couple who likes staying at 5 star hotels, Anana gave us the bestest sleeps we’ve had! This hotel is worth to stay in Thailand. Especially in Krabi it is very close (literally 5 mins) to the center and to the pier where you dock going to spectacular island tours. Although its close to the center you dont feel the busy ambiance because it is in a peaceful and quiet location, no hotels or establishments close to it so very private. Its also one of the few hotels that has great rock formations of Krabi. All of their pools are calming and picturesque, their rooftop bar for dining and drinks offers the best sunset view, and food!! I have so much more to say. But definitely very worth it and will only go here if we plan to visit Krabi. Thank you!…
We stayed at Anana for four nights and absolutely loved it here! The hotel is of great beauty and the staff super friendly. We booked the Thai studio with breakfast, both outstanding. All services like the shuttle to town, cleaning, room service etc. worked perfectly. We can only recommend staying at this place for great relaxation.
My husband and I spent 5 nights in this lovely small resort for part of our honeymoon. We chose the upper pool access room and it didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious with a large balcony. We really enjoyed being able to access the beautiful pool from our room. Breakfast was wonderful and they made great omelettes. There is a shuttle service once an hour which we used to go to ao nang beach often, it does get full quickly. We had difficulty with it returning though once it didn’t show up and another time it drove off us we were about to get on. Staff were mainly great but we did think they were unhappy at times we assumed it was because they work really long hours and so busy. They could do with hiring more people. The resort is peaceful and such a good location if you don’t want to be in the hussle of the ao nang strip. The rooftop bar was amazing to watch the sunset and they made lovely cocktails.…
Peacefully located slightly away from the hussle and bussle of the beach side noisy environment in Ao Nang. Clean resort with helpful staffs throughout as well as front desk tour operator to help with your plans. Also very nice continental and local breakfast at an affordable price and even with packed boxes (if you are heading for tours very early). They also provide shuttles to beach and back to hotel hourly as well as bike rentals. Roof top restaurant with a scenic limestone rocks and Beach is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and ambience as well as the facilities at Anana. Surely 5 stars and will recommend to all.
The resort is great Good food Great staff Good ambience Gold terrace I am fascinated by the resort and it’s eco nature which is a good way to engage guests and help contribute to the welfare of the nation
