I stayed here with my friend for 2 weeks and we found it a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the position it was easy to go down the street then take a left or right and then you had a choice of 2 beaches .The breakfast was good and enough choice, the omelets were lovely and great breakfast staff. All staff were very helpful. A few days were spent at the pool and they enjoyable. GREAT position as 7-11 not far its on the street, the Indian opposite the hotel was great ,went back a few times, easy to change your money at the kiosks.Would recommend the hotel as a great pkace to stay
I picked the Apasari expecting a simple but comfortable and quiet hotel that I could use as a base for myself and my family to explore the region over two weeks. That's pretty much what I got. THE GOOD - Excellent service! The entire staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) was courteous, attentive, and very friendly. We felt welcomed the entire time. - Spacious and comfortable rooms / bathrooms with good beds and air conditioning. I got two rooms on the third floor with a view to the pool, and I suspect that made a big difference. Had we gotten a view to the back alley it would have been considerably less nice. - Good, quiet location. The hotel is not in the busiest tourist section, but rather a 10 minute walk from that. Within 50 - 100 meters one will find a convenience store ( excellent 7/11), various restaurants, pharmacy (with English-speaking staff!), and two money-exchange shops (do compare rates). It's therefore also closer to beaches to the west, and some of those are very good (eg. Klong Muang and the far tip of Hat Nappharat Thara). - The hotel will lend towels for the pool and beach use too (for the latter one leaves a 100 BHT deposit per towel, which is later returned). - Wifi in the room is very good. - Very good shower. THE BAD - Occasionally the bed linen but especially the towels can sometimes show that they're definitely not new. I once got one with a sizeable hole... first time for me. But they're perfectly clean. - Although the rooms and bathroom are clean where they have to be (beds, floor, toilet, sink, etc.), the general cleaning could be better. For ex., I peeked in the space under/behind the beds before leaving to check if anything had fallen there and saw a lot of dust and broken gladd that clearly had been there a while. Also, on the wall in one of the bedrooms was a red stain where someone probably had killed a mosquito... that kind of thing can and should be easily removed, and shows that management could do a better job of inspecting details. THE AVERAGE - Breakfast is adequate, but never varies one tiny bit... :) So if you stay for a longer period, like I stayed two weeks, it'll get boring. Strangely, since they cater to among others Europeans and North Americans, there's no cheese or ham, except chopped up in the omelet one can order. :)))) - Although the pool is very clean and well-kept, it's smallish.…
We booked a TUI twin destination & this was our first hotel. It looked a bit dusty & basic upon first impressions, but we grew to love it here. There was a good view from our balcony of the local neighborhood, & we didn’t get any outside noise worth mentioning. Most rooms I believe overlook the pool, there was some noise from the screaming, loud, girls here in the afternoon, enough to disturb your siesta. We also had the elephant in the room above us, I’m sure this flat footed creature’s follows me around the world. Staff very kindly changed our room, although I didn’t request this. Our room had a comfy bed & pillows, a good hot shower, free toiletries, daily coffee & water. Breakfast was ample & tasty. Staff were all friendly enough. The location was brilliant. Turn left from the hotel & there’s a couple of lovely little places to eat, & you can get your laundry done within 8 hours for just 40 baht per KG. Or turn right & go straight to the top of the road, right again & across the red bridge, you will come to Nopp Beach, this is where the local people go. Or if you turn right outside the hotel then left you will come to the street food market, they also have a number of stalls selling other stuff, & a tattooist. If you carry on going for 10-15 mins you’ll get to the main drag & the beautiful Ao Nang beach. You can get a tuk tuk for 100 baht If you don’t fancy the walk. We absolutely loved Ao Nang, & Krabi.…
I love the ambiance it gives you good sleep during the night and the staffs are very nice, friendly, and approachable. Kudos! The hotel is also super clean! They also have a pool where guests can enjoy which is nice if you feel like not walking to the beach. Buffet breakfast is the best!!!
Never been to Thailand before this was our first hotel of 3 for the holiday. Nice friendly welcome on arrival, our room was ready early so they let us in early, which was much appreciated! The rooms were clean and air conditioning 24 hours. There is a small pool, which we didn’t use as our on day trips all the time. Never ate at the hotel as there a lots of restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach which has a stunning sunset. Krabi is beautiful.
Well what can I say? An adventure we decided to take, never been to Thailand before, and we had a great experience. Great hotel, fantastic staff, who supported us with any query we had. They helped us in decisions on trips that were suitable, and exciting for us!! We went to cookery class, Temple and speedboat trip to islands around. The hotel rooms were fantastic, nothing too much to ask. Located to a great street market, food was exceptional 😄👌
Hotel is about 200 m from Nopparahara Beach and 1,2 km from Aonang Beach. Close to shops, restauarants and shops like 7 eleven. Quit area, nice for walking or just relax on Nopparathara Beach, this beach is 3,5 km, clean and with nice sand. For family, you can order a lot of different trips, by long tail bout, or bus. Have been on this place meny times, and i thing the beach and street er cleaner than before. You can enjoy Thai Boxing, Elephant tracking, Hot spring, waterfall, mountain climbing and a loth of different think closer than 1 hour. But this is more quiet than Phuket and Pattaya, but nice for couple and family.
Recently stayed at Apsari Krabi. Pro's good location near centre area. Good size rooms which are cleaned daily. Air con good 24 hour supermarket outside. Staff friendly. Cons pool is narrow and in-between blocks so doesn't get sun all day. Not many sunbeds. Food basic but eatable. Worse things are the late check in when you have to wait until 2pm to check into the room. The other negative which is not the hotels fault is the strong smell of sewage that drifts along the main Street. My conclusion, hotel is ok and does the job for short stays. If coming on a Tiu Multi trip holiday then the Holiday Inns are better, but further out of Town.
We stayed at the Apasari hotel for 14 nights. It was a very pleasant stay :) The hotel area was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and it was cleaned daily. We received 2 complimentary water bottles each day. Our balcony was on the pool side. Breakfast was splendid. There was different warm dishes each day. The only not so good thing is the pool area. It's a small area and surrounded by buildings so sometimes it's a bit difficult to get a sunbed from the sunny side. The location was excellent. You can easily walk to the center and there is also many low-priced restaurants nearby on the same street.
We had a lovely stay at Apasari Krabi hotel for two weeks. The hotel is nice, small but not too small. The staff was very helpful and all went well. The pool was perfect for swimming too because it’s so long (about 25 m). Breakfast was good and there were every day different warm dishes. Massage also available at the hotel and we enjoyed it almost every day. Peaceful and nice - would go again.
