There are way nicer hotels in this area for less money, the internet sucks here, the pool is full of screaming kids running around all the time ( if you’re a loud family you’ll love it here) The front desk doesn’t really help you with anything, they just shrug their shoulders and send you on your way. Breakfast isn’t that great, a lot of rude Russian people pushing me around and when I’m trying to retrieve food or coffee. The rooms don’t get cleaned very well, the furniture on the patio is all rusty, and people start loudly moving the patio furniture around WAY to early in the morning. I made the mistake of booking this place for 10 days with no option to refund because the reviews said this place was awesome and I trusted that, but everything I needed it to offer was lacking. And I wish we just stayed at the hotel we were at before up the road. So disappointing, will not be staying here again I recommend it to rude Eastern European people and loud families.…

Firstly I would like to say that I have only been here three hours and it hasn’t been a great start . I asked for a second key as my daughter would be arriving on a later flight. I was advised that would be another 100 baht for a deposit for another key which would be refunded when returned at the end of our 6 day stay. I have never heard of such a thing but ok. I was not able to find my cash as I was checking in so the woman said it’s ok. This is where the misunderstanding starts. I thought she said you can give it to the bell hop when you are upstairs. So he took me upstairs and I gave him a tip and the 100 baht. Please keep in mind there was a language barrier so he likely just misunderstood me. All this so far is pretty understandable but this is where I have the issue. I went down to the front staff to say I paid the 100 baht but didn’t get the key. So they went through their paperwork and said it hadn’t been paid. I explained to them as I did above. In my opinion I think they should have apologized, given me the second key and quietly checked with the person who brought me up to the room if they had doubts and confront me once they actually knew. What happened was the front staff said they are going to call the woman at home who directed me earlier as she was finished her shift. They spoke to her and then told me I didn’t pay , I asked to speak to her and she advised she meant I could go upstairs and come back down and pay her. I advised her of the misunderstanding. She asked to speak to the gentleman again and then I was advised I didn’t pay it. I said to the person at the front that this has taken 20 mins of my time and it’s only 100 baht which is 4 dollars to me and that’s not even the issue for me. The issue is you didn’t believe me… lack of trust and called me out and are checking to see if I am telling the truth. So I let him know that I will pay the amount a second time and will be writing this review. He called the woman back and then said to me it’s ok, we are going to give you the key. To show him the money isn’t an issue I advised I will pay it again but will be writing this review. So to make a long review longer… I really don’t know enough about this hotel to write a proper review. This has been my first impression . To be fair this hotel is super clean and looks great. I guess we will see how the rest of the stay goes. …

Clean and very nice place. Super comfortable and the staffs are so friendly. The facilities such as bar & resto was just at the ground floor, swimming pool was nice and break out room was nice as well

All the staff were excellent and very helpful and I must mention Boa and Rak were at the Front Desk. The rooms are not large but enough size for a short stay. The pool is good size with free towel service. I had breakfast 2 times while there and was adequate to get you going for your day. Can book day trips and motor bikes in the same soi and only a short walk from the beach. If you want to walk a bit further you can find Ao Nang beach and this is where the most night life is. All is all, a nice hotel, clean, location and staff

When we realised our flight from Bangkok would be arriving too late to get to Phi Phi, we booked the family suite at Glow, which was perfect for a family of four. A relatively new place, Glow has almost perfect room features, with lighting, power (US and UK), seat for desk, built in luggage benches, all the bits you’d expect with one exception - the extra area in the “parents’ room” had no light. A balcony for each side of the suite had a table and two chairs as well as an ash tray. Out kids are older so it doesn’t matter, but in a proper family suite, I’d expect a tub but this just had a shower. The only thing I’d change is the louvered blinds in the bathroom; I’d prefer just a wall. The bathroom also only had one toilet roll and we were interrogated as to our room number when we had to go down to get another. The toilet has the Muslim bidet hose. Located a short walk to the village and lots of choices for meals, t-shirts, boat rides and spas. Included breakfast had all the basics and the Pool was delightful. Overall a great place to spend a few nights.…

I stayed here only for a few hours to wait for our flight to go home. The staff were so welcoming and looked after us in this short stay. We were checked in super early around 10am when checkin was 3pm. Bao was especially kind and helped us settle in and with our luggage to when we stayed by the pool and left. The room is very nice and definitely exceeds the worth of the price! The pool is quite small however was not too busy so is good for a short visit. Thankyou Glow hotel!

I’m so happy with this hotel I extended twice and even came back after I visited neighbouring islands. They have everything you could possibly ask for, pool, gym, bar, and the staff treated me so exceptionally well. Everything I asked was delivered with kindness and professionalism. The room and bathroom is very beautiful! The room we got had a pool view. The hotel was too beautiful aesthetically! The breakfast buffet was amazing!! It is not very far from the city centre. Just outside the hotel there is good public transport. Check-in and check-out was also very quick. Overall a very pleasant stay and worth every penny!
