Shuttle service man is really a very good person named Mr. Happy Happy. He is really very friendly n nice man.we had nice experience here in hula hula resort. V r glad to recommend this resort to other ppl
This is a more than decent hotel for the price. However, with our booking confirmed and paid for, we got to the hotel and were told we didn't have a room for our first night and they could send us to a different hotel (for that one night only). We agreed and were sent to a lower than average hotel. Mind you, this hotel costs about 2000baht/night (we booked a villa), the hotel we were sent to costs 550baht/night. We checked and made print screens of this. When we returned the next morning, we mentioned the VERY DIFFERENT conditions we got offered but they didn't seem to care. We asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. The next day we tried again, "we can talk later" was all we got. Again asked for a manager and no one was available (again). We told them we expected a manager to contact us (as we were already staying in the hotel for the 2nd day onwards) but got no contact from anyone. We were not the only ones, there were at least 3 more guests with the same issue on that day alone. They don't care enough to offer compensation for their mistake. And we don't care enough to leave a positive review. It wasn't a good experience which is a shame because it's a good hotel.…
We were looking very much forward to our stay In 2 days, but this morning i received an e-mail, saying that the hotel has overbooked, and our rooms are Cancelled! I Call the hotel, and ask what is happening? And the lady is laughing and saying that we Can try to find another hotel! In 2 days??? With 3 small children!!! This is the worst service if have ever had, she even Said that they would cancel “ free of charge”, as if i was suppose to pay the fine for “ late cancellation”, i am In shock! So i Can now use the whole Day, trying to find another hotel with just 2 days notice! Unbeliveable! Dont do this hotel, apparently everything is a joke and an “ wups” to Them!
Worst experience ,unprofessional services First they over book their resort ,at the time of check in they inform that due to technical error cant accommodate and provide 1 star hotel in place of hula hula as alternative . where u cant find waiter or bell boy to provide u basic service Third when u contact hula hula only receptionist will talk to u and gave no response and that time hotel manager skips hotel and even not pick up calls to check the problem faced by guest
Our stay at hula hula was absolutely spot on! I especially loved the breakfast, the service was very quick when we needed some little things changing! The pool area, restaurant, our rooms and overall hotel was very clean! The staff were very friendly and always smiling! I would come back to hula hula in a heartbeat! Thank you for an incredible stay.
Neat and Clean...Very helpful and pleasant staff... Free Wi-Fi is available and speed is decent. If you are a vegetarian there is limited option in Buffet Breakfast. Beach and Market is walking distance from the resort. They had TV is room, but did not work. On enquiry it was informed they still have not started services in this regards and by another week it should be operational.
After 4 long years of the Covid nonsense, we finally made it back to Krabi - and the Hula Hula has retained its’ great atmosphere and value. It’s a three long block walk to the main beach road, but still well placed for the extra quiet that you get up in the hill. Rooms are clean, staff are excellent, pool/bar are quiet and spacious, breakfast choose and quality are amazing - just a nice place to stay! To balance - it’s too bad the great hotel restaurant is now limited to the lunch only (last time we had dinners there too), but the reduced tourist traffic and tons of competitors probably makes it uneconomical. Only one English tv station (Euronews) - which is not a big deal at all, but having Fox International, CNN, or a couple of Australian channels would be nice for evening background noise. Overall, I can’t imagine a better place in Ao Nang. If you don’t need to be on the beach or “in the action”, stay at the Hula!…
Amazing staff, loved our pool access room. Very spacy and clean. We had a fantastic experience! Would recommend for anybody who's looking for a relaxing holiday resort for family or couple. Breakfast was limited but still very good. 10/10 😄
We stayed at Hula Hula for 2 nights. The Pool View room was better than expectation & quite spacious. There was a limited buffet breakfast the next day while the day after breakfast was ala carte due to 10 guests in the entire hotel! This was a bit disappointing. Staff though limited are nice. The biggest negative of Hula Hula was that they don’t offer lunch/dinner services! During checkin there was nobody to carry our bags to the room. The shower intermittently threw out cold water instead of hot! This is a strictly average hotel.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at...room stank of damp to the point that downstairs was unusable and even though we had booked the highest price suite they did absolutely nothing to help and just stuck to simply saying “no refund” and the manager of this hotel started threatening to call the police on me for arguing with her about the room in front of some statue on their counter, which was apprently disrespectful. Also the shower was constantly spraying water all night for the first night until they turned the water off completely in the room...but still no refund
