The Resort seems to be operating jointly with Deevana Plaza at the moment (due to COVID?) so I'll only review the room and pool as I don't know what is actually the Resort in regular times. The property itself is long and narrow, with rooms on one side of a path (fence/ravine/forest on the other). We saw a basic room on the second floor by the lower pool, and though it was nicely decorated, it was under the eaves so there was little useable space, and it was very dark. We upgrade to a deluxe room, which meant a much longer walk up the path/hill and up steps (ramps are there but they're very steep). The second pool up by the deluxe rooms is quieter and has an infinity edge; also a bar and restaurant but they seemed closed (COVID?). It's a pretty easy walk to the main parts of Ao Nang, past restaurants, etc. Our deluxe room was beautifully decorated, with polished concrete floors, an open bathroom sink area with wooden counters, pretty decor touches, and a generous bathroom. Lots of amenities such as flashlight, body lotion/shower gel/shampoo in refillable containers, kettle, iron/board, robes, beach bag, etc. The room also had a large round tub in the entry/foyer area which had bubble bath and a shower head, in case you wanted an outdoor soak. Our room, 602 was up stairs and didn't look into any other rooms, so it was quite private. Breakfast was at the Plaza and was an awesome buffet with a ton of choice, including omelet station, hearty breads, cappuccinos, and lots of vegetarian options.…
That was a good room serviced and ur resort area like a forest that was so nice and beautiful. And ur room in bath tub was a nice placement. And your breakfast was so good nice drink for orange and pineapple drink was so good. And food was so good.
Very nice hotel, we stayed there for 4 nights, all of our requests were done immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room has everything you need, glasses, kettle, iron, working quiet AC. There are three well preserved swimming pools, tasty breakfast with many choices to pick and the baths on the terrace are comfortable and private.
We've stayed for 3 nights at first, but then decided to take one night extra, due to comfort received here. Staff and management are great and really helpful. They're dealing with your concerns immediately. We enjoyed the outside bath, which is great after long day of traveling. Beach basket does the trick. You don't have to be worried about extra blankets. Rooms had everything which we needed. Breakfast were tasty, you can take whatever you like. It's really beautiful at night, the view is amazing.
Amazing hospitality, lovely location with ao nang beach just near by. It was a great experience. They have all the amenities inside hotel and resort. Highly recommend for family and couples. Staff is also welcoming as I was hosted so good by Shree.
Cannot fault this place. The rooms are so well done, modern but still in keeping with Thailand and the area. It felt really private and cosy as well as really clean. Location is good and staff really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again, it’s a huge bargain!
The environment, room, services are great. This is so quiet and calm place. highly recommended for those who loves to stay close to nature. The swiming pool was like a private pool. I loved this place.
5 kids in the pool making loud noises; housekeeping shouting between hotel rooms and could not open my guest room door upon arrival. reception unfriendly and not interested. Fully understand have to check in next door Fully understand the pool bar is not open but it is dirty around the poolside. Breakfast was in the other hotel. Very little choice. Room was great though, but we found a snake (not that big) in front of the room at 2am. Reported to Reception. Deevana to me a top end brand but sadly not this one. it is NOT an Adult Only resort and two Thai ladies who were traveling in the room next door also were not impressed by the loud kids in this hotel. At check out the reception were alot more friendly.
A bit of oasis in AoNang. Lovely grounds, pools. Our deluxe room was beautiful with outside tub. The breakfasts were wonderful. Very reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful We stayed for almost 2 weeks and loved it
I stayed at the Deevana Krabi Resort in March. I really loved the hotel. I love the way the rooms are nestled in greenery, surrounded by coconut and bamboo trees. Staff are friendly and always happy. The pool is nice and a relaxing place to be, but get in quick because there aren't that many sunbeds which is a negative. I originally booked a standard room but upgraded to a superior one for a good price. The first room I was given was next to a noisy water pump. I asked to change at 11pm and was then put into a room with a loud aircon unit. Frustrated, I went to the reception who immediately sent out an engineer. Mudsun on reception was excellent and really helped me when I was close to tears with frustration. He didn't hesitate to help me and make sure I was ok. The next day, the engineer arrived again to make sure the noise was completely gone and Jean on reception called to make sure I was happy. The reception staff are excellent. The breakfast here isn't great so I'm not sure it's worth booking a breakfast deal when a short walk will take you to a plentiful number of great restaurants. There's a gym available at this hotel which is also good. The superior room was lovely, however I echo what others were saying about it having little storage. The tea and coffee machine is on the same sink shelf meaning it was cluttered with my toiletries. There are many light switches all over the room too meaning you'll fumble trying to turn them all on or off. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the beach but it's fine and the walk back wasn't too onerous. You can stop off for a drink or food or a massage which was nice. If you're looking for precision and a european experience, you'll be disappointed but that's the point. This place is familial and warm, its not supposed to be a London skyline hotel. All in all, I loved this place and would return. I felt truly relaxed here and more than that, I felt like I was among friends .…
