Stayed here recently and had two villas between our family. The villas were well kept and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were always quick to help and assist. What was lovely is that whatever time we came back whoever was on the front desk we were always welcomed with smiling faces who seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Very close tuk tuk ride to all the bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend

This was a group of friends staying for 3nignts and we made a lot of mess in the villa however the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and all staff were helpful. overall cleaned and comfortable stay, recommend to those with private transportation as the villa is not within walking distant to tourist attractions, ideal for peaceful getaway kind of tourist.

We had an amazing stay here. Our villa (3 bedrooms) was spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. We also greet by the lovely & friendly cats. They're so cute. We would like to thank you all staffs (especially Khun NidNoy) for warmly welcome and supports.

If you wanna relax in peace and serene place, i recommend this villa. I book 3 bed room with no breakfast, it is very worth staying. We just pay for breakfast at the last day 250b. It is good for the optional. Staff also friendly and helpful. Cooking station in villa very super!!!

Fantastic accommodation in private setting. Clean and comfortable. The stand out was the friendliness of the staff and the quality and price of the food from the kitchen. Special thanks to Nid at reception and Janarb in the kitchen. We wish we remembered everyone's name because they're all worthy of a mention.

The villas are super in all ways. Kids enjoyed the private pool. Fairly easy to get in to towm by shuttle or taxi. So nice staff and breakfast was excellent! Clean room, comfartable beds and luxury with all the space!

Excellent villas. So spacious! We had more space than we needed- but loved it. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were so lovely. The shuttles were great and the breakfast was sufficient. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day!

Stayed for 8 days with husband and really enjoyed it. Villas are private, modern and very clean, everything worked well. The location is a little out of town but we got the 6pm shuttle (provided by hotel) and a taxi back, was always 200baht for return in either van or motorbike with sidecar/tuk tuk type thing. The staff are lovely, breakfast was great with friendly chefs cooking eggs to order. Would stay again in an instant

Fast check in and the staff were really friendly. They speak English. They will help you arrange for transport for a fee. They provide shuttle to Ao Nang beach but only at certain timings. Unlike the boutique hotel, Alisea Pool Villa is about 4.7km away from Ao Nang beach. and quite a distance away from the nearest Family Mart or 7-11. The rooms were big and clean. There is aircon in every room. Clean towels and robes provided. The sheets were clean and the pillow were soft and comfy. There is a dining table provided. tea and coffee. A fridge and cooking utensils provided too. The villas were kind of close to each other and when I was there, my neighbour blasted music and was making noise till 4am. I was sick and didn't have the energy to tell them to keep the noise low. No one at reception answered my call and the security wasn't fluent in English. Clean pool and they have the jacuzzi function. Wi-fi is available with stable connection.…
