A last minute find with staff very willing to help. The cabins are air conditioned now. The place is clean and the beach is the way life was in the 70's. There is a great coffee place, Munchas, in the surf club that is very popular, and The Balcony restaurant above that. Both are a short walk from the camp...

My wife & I have stayed here twice now & loved it both times. The cabins close to the beach are the best, they are not expensive & big with a separate bedroom & lounge/kitchen & have everything you need. The location is superb just across from Shelly Beach Surf Club that has a nice cafe downstairs for brekky everyday...

Hi Steve M, thank you for the great review. Not only of Shelly Beach Holiday Park but for the brilliant recap of everything that the area has to offer. There really isn't much more I can say to you, but congratulations for making the most of such a great location and sharing this with the wider community. We look forward...

We had a 2 night stay but checked out after the first night. The rooms were not tired they were yawning! They looked great from the outside but inside were terrible. Sleeps 6 people but the lounge only allowed 3 to be able to sit comfortably. The bathroom only could have one person in there at a time, it was...

We are currently planning a refurbishment of our cabins, and we ensure that all of our cabins are kept clean. Overall good accommodation. Clean and comfortable. The stairs to the bunks are very steep and do no suit younger children. Lacking kitchen items such as a coffee plunger or tea pot. Good location, the Surf Club has nice cafe and coffee

Hi Peter S, thanks for the review. We appreciate your feedback and recognise that the stairs are steep and we are working towards a solution for this. Sorry about no plunger or tea pot, but we do have a kettle - but like you said the Surf Club which is just up the road does a decent coffee. We hope...

We stayed here for a couple of nights after being at Blue lagoon resort. The cabins have no air con, but huge fans, which suffice but not when it is really hot. The bedroom upstairs definitely need Air con as they are in a wooden roof, it did get very hot there but the beds were comfortable and my friends...

Hi Lisa, thanks for taking the time to review us at Shelly Beach Cabins. We are going to be commencing an upgrade of the cabins, the park and all of its facilities later in the year. So hopefully next time you return to stay with us we will be able to show you some of the changes we have commenced.

Standard cabins are dated and in need of an upgrade. For the price you pay, you would expect better. Small lounge/kitchen/dining area with ceiling fan, kitchen is well equipped. Main bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bathroom tiny with no storage. Stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom are atrocious! If you have small children or someone not particularly...

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you didn't have an enjoyable time at the park. We are pleased to confirm that a large development program will commence in 2016. The cabins will be renovated and the internal stairs will be removed. We will be adding a range of new park facilities and they include a new camp...

We stayed here with a very last minute booking, but were quite happy. We had cabin 7, and it was big enough for five of us easily. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and microwave. Parking was as well. There was an ocean view from the balcony but not inside from the windows. Stairs to go up to the second...

My family and I stumbled on this beautiful park back in 2009. Shelly Beach tourist park is nicely situated straight across from the beautiful Shelly Beach and adjoining coast line. Lots to do in the immediate area of Bateau Bay i;e shopping, restaurants, golf, local clubs, ten pin bowling, boat hire and fishing and of course the beautiful Central Coast with it's...

Avoid at your peril. cabins decked out with St. Vinnies leftover furniture. Cockroaches in your bed. Management up accomodating. There's were ants in the kitchen. Bad smell from the neighbouring garbage bins. What a dump. Could not get my money back, staff took money up front, how appropriate..

Good location with older cabins but have everything you need. Yes they have steep stairs and would not be ideal for younger children or elderly, but for teenagers would be ideal. Bed was good and cabin was clean and comfortable and suited us fine for two nights. A huge thanks go to,the staff, as our booking was not correct so...
