Wonderful old building with much history and character, which is exactly why i picked it for my fiancé's birthday treat. Having paid a significant amount of money to secure a room here, i mistakenly expected elegance, sophistication and charm. Actually what i did get was a substantial bill and a feeling of complete dejection. Lets be positive. Location is first...

The hotel is not as old as it looks being built in the 18th century but it has all the features of being a lot older. It is really very quaint set in about 88 acres of beautiful grounds with a lovely lake and the most ducks I have ever seen in one place. The staff on arrival were very...

When it comes to personal service with a smile the Branston Hall Hotel takes some beating. They *provided dinner aafter hours for my daughter and son in law who were trapped in Dartford Crossing queues *printed out route maps for our return journey to Kent *changed our bedding to sheets and blanket after the duvet proved too hot unfaailingly remembered...

Stayed one night. Nice hotel overall. I stayed in a "courtyard" room, and the heating went off overnight, not coming on until 6:30 the following morning. Thus room was very cold to wake up to. Hotel advertised wifi available, but again that didn't appear to extend to the courtyard.

My wife and I recently stayed at Branston Hall for two nights on a Travelzoo deal and had a lovely stay. The staff on reception and in the bar and restaurant were all very friendly and helpful and it's situated in a really nice old building. We stayed in the Courtyard which is adjacent to the main building, the room...

My wife and I stayed at Branston Hall Hotel on 25/26-11-16 and had an excellent time. Charming old style hotel and the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. Food was excellent and service very good. Rooms were spacious and if anything the Shower could have done to have a little more power. Setting was...

I stayed overnight for a two day work event. The building is absolutely gorgeous, lots of wood paneling and comfy chairs, with a lovely open fire in the bar/seating area. The room was very quaint, I had a little four poster bed and it was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and accommodating as we debated staying for lunch the...
