High quality hotel, excellent service, kindness of the members of staff. Near by the "Louvre de Lens". Excellent restaurant, service of an unequalled kindness, speed of the service, cleanliness, cleanness. You will enjoy to stay here, as I have been.

A friendly convenient clean hotel with an excellent restaurant. A perfect base to explore the area and easy reach of Calais for stopovers. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Particularly like the lobby and separate toilet and bathroom. Highly recommended.

This is a great choice for a stopover within an hour or so of Calais. Easy to find, close to motorway, attractive building (though 'interesting' artwork and decor, and best of all outstanding dinner. On a wet Monday night out of season, the restaurant was humming with travellers and locals alike. Great wine list. Not cheap but good choice.

This is a good find. Polite and efficient staff, modern yet not outlandish hotel, decent rooms and excellent food. A great place if you are visiting the battlefield of Loos. The town of Noeux les Mines is a bit of a dump but typical of the French coal mining towns of that era. For the history buffs it was were... More

My husband and I stayed here en route from Cardiff to Munich with our baby. It was a little over an hour from Calais, and the reviews on TA were attractive. Upon arrival, our first impression of the hotel was that it was eclectic and a little out of place for such a small town, but nice nonetheless. The staff... More

A very nice hotel. Rooms are a good size (for Europe), nicely decorated and fitted out, good size bathroom with double sink and separate WC. Plenty of storage space, fridge and safe, free Wi-Fi (albeit slightly annoying in needing constantly to re-log on). Rooms are air conditioned. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's a small bar and a much larger... More

Double rooms here are spacious with large bathrooms and a lobby to keep clothes and suitcases out of the way. Comfy bed and electrically operated shutters to keep the light out. Everything is spotlessly clean. A large free carpark and wi-fi together with helpful staff make this worth staying in, especially if, like us, you want a good base to... More

We used this hotel as a stopover from Calais, and loved it so much we returned two months later! The rooms were large and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. We loved the eclectic mix of art in the downstairs rooms. Modern and vibrant. The quality of food for dinner was very good indeed,

It is surprising to find such a luxurious hotel in an unpretentious former mining town in Northern France, handily close to the A26. The building is attractive and the rooms are large, clean, and well decorated, with comfortable beds. The dining room is particularly attractive and this is matched by the excellence of the food, wine and innumerable delicious local... More
