Been here for many meals. Came last week for a Sunday lunch. It was amazing, the roast on a board was quick to be served and a great sized portion...... Including taking some lamb home for the dog. The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. We also had a pudding which was a great sized portion and tasted great. We will...

Popped in for pub lunch whilst out on walking. Pub has great character with a great outdoor seating area including a pizza oven. We had sausage/mash and ham/eggs/chips, all really well cooked, plenty of flavour and cook portions. Puds were really weel presented and tasty, all washed down with coffee and couple of pints from very well stocked bar. Reasonable...

Love this place. Food getting better and better with each visit. Awesome chef! Please don't change... Halibut with linguine, sea bass with noodles. Great beer. Can't recommend this pub highly enough at the moment. Knocking spots off its competitors!

A group of 8 & then 10 visited here twice in a week. The quality of food was excellent on both occasions. The pizzas are also very good quality, with lovely local produce, all cooked in their own pizza oven. The service was very good & the ambience is perfect. This is the quintessential english village pub, with excellent modern...

Just back from a two night stay - second visit. Nothing negative to say. Lovely room with one of the best bathrooms I've had in a hotel. Food was excellent especially the Sunday night pizza. Good choice of breakfast. Location perfect for walking and love the fact that we could bring our dog.

What a great find. A really nice country pub, but out back is a large Garden with a Pizza oven. We sat out there and had a Very good fresh Pizza, some garlic break and triple cooked chips. First class meal, I even squeezed in some Ice cream. Worth a trip.

We arrived for an early lunch last Sunday. We'd been for a walk and just wanted something quick as my brother needed to get away. When we arrived at the bar, a large party sat down at one of the tables for Sunday lunch. I explained that we were in a hurry, would like a recommendation for something quick and...
