We had pleasant experience with our little one who turned an year old. I was skeptical about going out and staying in hotel but all my worries were gone once we reached this amazing place. My biggest worry was about baby food that too was taken care . All the staff was so cooperative and took care of us very well. One should surely try their traditional Shirodhara Spa. We had such an rejuvenating experience . Overall worth every penny and I would love to visit again. Thank You Purple Spa :)

We booked 2 rooms with courtyard view. For the price they charge, the services are worse than maybe a non star hotel. The rooms are not well cleaned. Some weird smell hits u as soon u enter the rooms. Probably the floor cleaner is too much !!! TV does not have basic channels. Even after multiple requests, they dint do much. Worst are the washrooms. The showers don’t function and they don’t even acknowledge that it doesn’t work. Need to use buckets for a decent bath!!! No exhaust in the washrooms! Overall one of the worst places to stay ! Would not recommend it to anyone!

We do it to make sure all our guest will have a safe & comfortable stay. The cleaning substance is procured from one of the best known companies & we have not received any negative feedback about the odor. till date. TV has the package from the best service provider and has most of the wanted channels and we are using the same form the last 3 years. As written we checked the showers which were working good. However we will definitely ensure the. same will be checked and rectified if there is any lapse in its working condition. We did attend your call, acknowledged and showed other rooms for you to shift. We all at Purple Palms Resort always strive hard to make sure all our guests stay happy and carry home found memories. We will ensure all guest requests are attended and provided prompt service.

I along with my wife travelled here for a 3 night stay. We loved the stay. The hospitality was splendid. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Would definitely recommend this for my friends and relatives.

It’s a great place with a gym, indoor games, a spa and lots of amazing rooms amidst greenery. It was a great experience staying in the resort! I especially loved the spa time. It was totally worth it! The breakfast spread was mind blowing too! It’s a resort you must visit!
