Visited this lovely bar and restaurant with our family. Although it was a dreich day, once we stepped inside , it was cosy, welcoming and with a great atmosphere despite being quiet. Staff were friendly and gave us some great menu recommendations. The food exceeded expectations and was fine dining quality in a remote Scottish destination with views to die...

We stoped at the glenuig inn today for lunch, we had been here a couple of years ago and the service was very poor and the food average. So having revisited today we were surprised to discover that nothing had changed. The staff membe on duty did seem to be a bit more confident than on our last visit, although...

This restaurant has a lovely setting in the small settlement of Glenuig with just a resident population of 30 people. Until 1966 the road from Lochailort, now the A861, was just a track with people using boats and horses to convey goods and the postman delivering by pony. Mains electricity only came to Glenuig in 1983. The community shop is...

An Inn which took care of all my needs. Firstly they were happy to let me stay in their car park in my Camper van and secondly my dog was allowed in the bar or either of the restaurants. Furthermore there was a marvelous selection or Real Ales, most of which I tried with much enjoyment. In the restaurant I...

We'd been canoeing in miserable weather and decided to end our trip at this bunk house. We had a good sized room for 4 with a double and 2 single beds: the showers were stunning! The rest of our group had bunk-beds in a 6 man room. The staff were really great - even with 10 of us paying separately....

We stayed in the Glenuig Inn after a week's Canoe Camping Trip in the area. The Inn at the food was fantastic - both dinner and breakfast. According to the staff they have recently had new a new Chef in (we stayed Sep 2016). All 10 of us in the group thoroughly enjoyed the meals, mine was certainly one of...

This is a hotel for dog owners , allowed everywhere apart from the kitchen. Now for the hotel, very comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff helpful and friendly. If you have a dog, do visit. On a personal point the mattress was a little bit hard for my liking.

I have just spent two nights in Glenuig Inn - one night in the bunkhouse and one in one of the rooms. I found the place to be very well run, very clean, comfortable and the few members of staff I met were very friendly. I have known the inn all my life and therefore feel I can compare the...

We stayed 1 night at Glenuig Inn. The room had a cute cottage feel and was both clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was excellent (the coffee is amazing). The restaurant is very cozy and staff is friendly & helpful. We had a great meal there and although prices are quite high, we found that they were pretty...

I really like the food. I had the chicken and it was really good and tasty. Friends had the lamb and they said it was the best they ever had. The service was friendly and patient, even with a big group like us. You should try the different type of beer , they are really good.
