Hotel location was good for the boat trip and the Loch Ness visitor experience. Shame there is a busy road and you can't go for a walk along the Loch. Would recommend the restaurant for dinner, good service and the food was lovely. Good selection of foods for breakfast. Room was acceptable. Shower was horrible, felt dirtier coming out than...

Stayed here as a couple on Sunday 6th Nov. We paid £89 for a loch view room (basically a window looking out over the car park onto the loch). The hotel was clearly not busy but did not seem to drop their room prices. Our room itself was basic but had a nice bathroom. I say basic - I expected...

Food is served with good shares and not expensive at all( for the bar). Nice place for a touristic area. The fish and the macaronis are good. People serving are really kind also, which makes your stay more nice.

We arrived at the hotel and were looked after really well. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and checked us in quickly and with little fuss. After showing us to our room we were left to settle in. The room was lovely, and had a fantastic view of the Loch. We went down to the bar/restaurant and were made...

The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff very friendly. The breakfast area is excellent as you can see the lake while eating. The hotel building looks a little old fashioned from outside but the interior is alright, we had no reasons to complain. Also, the Jacobite Boat Trips depart from the pier right outside the hotel.

The staff are lovely and I like the building with its 70s architecture and large windows. There are some things that seem illl fitting however. 1. The bar menu is unnecessarily obscure. Unless you want fish and chips you have to go strange - i.e., haggis macaroni cheese -? 2. The only seating in the foyer is paid for massage...

This was one of our stops on our North Coast 500 road trip and it was our favourite! We parked the cars in the very spacious car park and checked in. We booked a Loch View Double and I would highly recommend doing the same. The room wasn't the Ritz but had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable...
