We stayed there as a family (2 rooms) for 3 nights in the second week of April. There is limited choice near the Mulu park and the Marriott is the only option for good quality hotel. The hotel itself is stunning, bungalows spread in the jungle, beautiful understated pool and common parts. The rooms are large with a beautiful bathroom...

Absolutely loved my stay in the hotel and will definitely be recommending it and hope to stay again. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious with the most comfortable beds I've had in a hotel in a long time. Booked into a twin room and the 2 beds were lovely and big. Bathroom was clean, spacious and with a bath....

The only practical way to get here is by plane. However, it's well worth it. A stunning location and amazing hotel provide a base to explore the Mulu caves, river and rain forest. This is no backpackers accommodation and while the food may not be 5 star it is perfectly acceptable and the hotel itself is top drawer. If wifi...

Overall the hotel is lovely! Our room is great and very clean. The grounds are gorgeous. The pool is nice, but I wish there was a hot water jacuzzi. The internet is horrible! I understand we are in the jungle, but I've been able to connect in even more remote places with a better internet set up. I really needed...

We stayed for six nights, which seemed to be far longer than average. Perhaps this was why we were upgraded from our large room to a 1 bed suite. The standard of the rooms was superb. Staff were fantastic, falling over themselves to help. Everything has to be flown in or come via a long boat trip so drinks and...

We spent four nights in March. The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet and the location was impressive. The atmosphere was unique. We very much appreciated the facilities at the hotel: the lounges, breakfast areas etc.... the staff were attentive and friendly. The access to the Park Centre was easy and the trips well organised. A memorable stay.

Amazing place. We landed at the tiny airport serving the region and were met by a bus which took us to the resort on the banks of the river. The resort is truly in the jungle. We were surrounded by the sounds of the jungle but at the same time had access to a great restaurant and bar, as well...

Rooms large, comfortable and functional with separate shower and bath. Staff very helpful and friendly and plenty of comfortable lounge seating near the foyer to spend some relaxation time. Buffet meals were ok and mainly of asian cuisine. Drinks were expensive but you can buy wine by the glass. Great place to stay and very much enjoyed our 2 night...

Lovely big rooms with bathrooms with windows onto the jungle outside so you can watch humming birds and kingfishers from the bath. The rooms were beautifully clean and provided with everything you would expect from a 5* hotel--except efficient internet. However, that is only to be expected in the heart of rainforest! The rain did cause the only other minor...
