Well, in Mulu you can find only one real hotel and it's Marriott. I'm not a fan of luxury hotels but this one made my days. The price was fine for such class and I never felt regrets about staying here. Staff - very very hospitable and nice, surroundings - gosh, just amazing riverside views and jungle, room - whoa!...

We were booked into this Marriott as part of a tour so I had not done a lot of homework on it before checking in. Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, excellent staff. Our hotels in Borneo all had windows between the bathrooms & the bedroom. The Marriott at least had blinds on the windows so you could get some privacy. My...

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I had the riverside deluxe rooms which were spacious with a generous sized bathroom. There's a coffee maker in each room and the hotel provided coffee pods and bottles of water. The beds were very comfortable and we were always well rested after a day of trekking in the...

We booked to stay here as a family of 4 in a superior room. The two double beds meant that we were able to sleep comfortably. The hotel is amazing - extremely relaxing, lounge sofas and board games out to entertain the kids when not on a tour. Easy transport to national park with a regular shuttle bus which was...

I am a very frequent traveller, and I spend about 100 nights a year in a Marriott hotel. This is one of their "one off" hotels, situated in the rain forest on Borneo.. in Mulu national park. The hotel itself is breath taking, where it sits on stilts, 4m above ground. with lush rain forest all around. It host normal...

Let me start this review by saying, if you have a bucket list, add this hotel and Mulu National Park to it. My family of 5 had a tremendously positive experience at the Marriott Mulu based on its amazing facilities, proximity to the park and amazing service level. Travelling with small children, we wanted a nice hotel experience after days...

Looking for adventure and relaxation? Mulu Marriott is the resort to stay in Borneo. Mulu Marriott arranged our tours for 2 days and was excellent. Our tour includes a guide, a kit and food, we visited the 4 caves. The room was so spacious and so nice. I love lying down in the big sofas in the lobby while drinking...

We booked 3 nights for Mulu Marriott only to realise we have to take a domestic flight from Miri to reach Mulul. Hotels.com was kind to allow us to cancel our 1st night and book Miri Marriott. We arrived at 11am and was allowed to checked in. The room is spacious, chic and clean though the bed is a bit...

We really enjoyed our stay, the caves and rainforest are breathtaking. We were really satisfied with our rooms. The pool was very nice. Food was great as well. We were probably really lucky as there was no rain while we were in the forest.

Stayed there for three days. Beautiful room (superb designer bathroom, loved pillows), every single staff member super friendly and helpful, amazing food (bamboo Chicken!) and brilliant organisation (transfer to airport and national park (Visited caves, canopy walkway which are all mind blowing...)). All at very fair price. Highly, highly recommended!
