Family stay of 6 nights in January 2017. This is a 5 star resort with close proximity to the Mulu park entrance. Room was fantastic, with balcony river view and coffee machine. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Litad. Great meals , reasonably priced. Even though it was low season, staff went out of their way to provide...

We enjoyed the comfortable room with all modern amenities, except wi-fi which is available in the central area. At the restaurant we had several conversations with the chef, and were able to get some dishes that were off the standard tourist track. We complimented him at one point and said he ought to give cooking lessons. To our surprise, he...

What a great resort to come back to after a day in the park. It's probably not a 5star, but for this price I happily give it a 5. The rooms themselves are gourgeous, large, and comfortable; our only disappointment was that it was difficult to get the aircon to stay at the right temperature which made sleep a little...

One of the best place we've stayed so far. Friendly service, great variety of food, helpful staff, beautiful room with such a awesome view of the jungle. Love everything about this place and would love to come back again.

It is the only good hotel in Mulu. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were nice and helpful. There were no wifi in the rooms. Wifi, terribly weak, was only available in the lobby. The food in the restaurant had little variety, even the buffet breakfast. But there was set dinner of two kinds that you could order...

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the jungle. Well maintained, nice pool. Breakfast is huge. Rooms are spacious, large bathrooms. No wifi in the room, only in the common areas. Shuttle to the national park every 30 minutes or even on request if needed, never had to wait more than 5 mins. Pool is nice and convenient. Other restaurants and...

The resort is located in the misty and mountainous Mulu, an ideal location if you wish to be completely get away from WiFi and such and instead focus on connecting with Mother Nature. Room was spotless (I mean it, you can try running your fingers across any surface without encountering dust) and the food was great. The staff were equally...

The Hotel is a beautifully decorated inside/outside theme in the reception area. The Hotel has been built around the Rainforest and is absolutely divine and heavenly. It has a pool and lots of other amenities. The rooms were luxurious and the bed was the comfiest I slept in Borneo, The bathroom was really something else and it was amazing. Definitely...

Clean rooms with nice clean sheets, beautiful bathroom nice hot shower, everything you cleave for after a long walk in the tropical jungle. My grandchildren love the game room and the swimming pool. It would be even better if room package include breakfast and dinner. Beside visiting the few caves, there's not a lot to do in Mulu. May be...

Recommend for family trip with small and young kids. Staying there for 4d3n. We couldn't believe there is such a luxury hotel in the rainforest environment. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast comes with different varieties, local, asian and western cuisine. Price for meal at the hotel maybe higher compare to the surroundings eating places but they are reasonable...
