Had a great night of dancing here to Mathew o'Donnell from Connemara, He is a very talented young man with a great band. There was an admission charge of only 10 euro. Staff are friendly . Pub and toilets are clean.

We stayed here one night during our 2-week Ireland odyssey. Barbara was very nice and welcomed us like we were old friends. By the time we left, I felt like we were family! We were lucky enough to be there on a Thursday when they have a sing-song....so much fun! I’d go back just for that! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and Barbara made sure we had everything we needed and that all was to our liking. I’d go back, for sure.

My dad is from the area and we chose Maire Lukes to stay at this weekend gone. Barbara could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. It was a great place to be and is a fixture in the area. Views are incredible.

Visited this pub on a rainy day after slogging through old graveyards looking for ancestors. Great food, great drink and the people working there were very warm and friendly! The locals were even able to give us information on our ancestors. Next time we visit this pub we intend to stay at the Bed and Breakfast.
