Great room.Wonderful hostess.cooked us a nice dinner by arrangent. Saw deer and red squirrels from the dining room window. On the Cowal way for walkers.We were cycling.Only negative was it was a cool rainy spell and room though big and lovely was a little cool

The watermill is one of those fairy tale places, the grounds are semi wild, from the back garden with red squirrels playing over the bridge to the moss covered woodland up to the millpond at the top, the whole place helps you to relax and slow down. stayed here on a cowal way walk from portavadie-sandra made me very welcome-this is a fabulous bed and breakfast venue-all the food is homemade and all needs are accommodated-the house and gardens are stunningly beautiful-this is frankly the best stay i have had anywhere!-highly recommended

Perfect location, total peace and quiet, a hostess in Sandra who can't do enough for you and complete relaxation. We had the turret room which was extremely spacious and very comfortable. We were told to make ourselves at home and we most certainly did. One tip though. If you have the turret room don't be surprised if the resident hooded...

perfect suite for 4, self catering, everything you could need... and if not, just ask sandra. wonderful things there and about, don't forget to look at the back yard! Very impressed. Rare such things as deodorant are in the bathroom. Toastie maker, microwave & stovetop great for self catering. Took our wee pug. Had the home raised free range eggs...

The watermill is a beautiful place to spend some time. The welcome we received from Sandra (even although we were 2 hours early) was second to none.
