No heat in the room. we asked at the reception to bring us some radiators and then the electricity went off! The bathroom was terrible, a pipe was broken in the sealing and water was all over the toilet seat! The room was very dirty and the food was not great either.

Worst hotel ever!!! We had NO HOT water in the New Years Eve, the room was cold and very very dirty. The hotel did't accept my complaint for hot water and the director had a very bad attitude regarding the fact that I wanted to make the complaint and did not give me a solution. In the end, I requested...

The warm water was no longer available on New Year's Eve, the staff were unable to offer any solution except some cans to be used instead of the shower. The staff was not friendly, we wanted to fill a complaint, they did not want to register it. We ordered a cab, they made us wait for almost an hour to...

Most important...the hotel is clean, the food is tasty....but...the furniture is old broken down and you can see the changed pipes in te bathrooms. All in all if you're goal in Kopaonik is skiing or snowboarding with friends it's ok, there are free busses from the hotel to the ski slopes and back. If not, then try another hotel. Why?...

The hotel is at the town center, close to everything you need, but not so new, I'm afraid. Although it's clean and has everything you need, I couldn't resist the feeling that it's to old. But, that didn't bother us, so we ended up having an amazing week of skiing, boarding and snowbowling!!! Will come again next year.

We were a group of four guys (from the UK) last year Jan 2014, getting away for a cheap ski trip in Serbia. After reading the reviews last year we were expecting some sort of 2nd World War German bunker but it really was perfectly fine. I suppose it’s about expectation - The Ritz it isn’t, but for the price...

Hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation. For the money you pay it is acceptable. Our rooms was so full of smoke we couldn't sleep and it was a non smokers room. Could be cleaner. The food is very tasty.

We spent our ski holiday there, for this price, there's nothing to complain about, but: I think the receptionist should speak a little English , it was funny, that she couldn't say a word...the other bad thing, the blankets in the room were very dusty and very stingy and as there's no heating by night, we were cold during the...
