Terrible heating, kept it on full all the time we were there and i was freezing in bedroom, had to open the airing cupboard to let some heat out into the rest of the place. We took advantage of the Winter Warmer offer and stayed for four nights midweek with our dog. The break was excellent value - we used the voucher for Waves on our first night for takeaway pizzas and garlic bread which left us very full! - and also took advantage of the spa vouchers to enjoy a couple of relaxing treatments...

Having spent two Christmases here in the manor house with extended family, hubby and I decided to visit on our own, for a midweek break and stayed in the Hayloft. As before, the sense of welcome was second to none, and the touches in the accommodation were noted and appreciated, e.g. radio playing, mood lights on and on this occasion...
