Great resort, wonderful people everyone was helpful. Resort still a work in progress. We wish to especially thank Debbie at Guest Services for her professionalism in dealing with our matters. She is truly the greatest! Both my sister and I say that our stay was...More
I have been going to Freeport Resort every year for 12 years. I find it a beautiful oasis on a tropical island. Over the years have seen many changes but the hospitality and care from the people there is beyond compare. I have made many...More
Had a great 3 weeks at this resort.

Our accommodation was very comfortable in a large unit that was attractively furnished. We chose to rent a car (from Brad's) for the last 3 days we were there as otherwise you are more or less stranded, although there are local buses nearby.
The pool area is awesome, quite, peaceful, local music playing in the background, the staff is helpful, always around if you need anything, room is spacious and clean, I rented a car and travelled all over the island, I recommend driving to the east end,...More

The beach has loungers available at the restaurant for $2 but I don"t remember seeing umbrellas. Since we ate at the restaurant (Tony Macaroni's) we weren't charged for the loungers. The resort had extra towels in the closet and probably would have provided more if asked. Farther up the beach there are other places to eat and rent loungers and maybe umbrellas. When we were there, umbrellas were not needed. I strongly recommend eating at Tony Macaroni's. Order the roasted conch and a pina colada. You won't be disappointed.
