I visited Pelican Bay on the last week of September through Groupon and Vacation Express. This place was almost empty and very quiet. Totally worth those little money I paid for such pleasant trip. Hotel is OK. You get a suit, it has living room, bedroom, kitchen with refrigerator, macro ware, coffee and espresso machines ,plates, caps wine and whiskey...

I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. My suite was amazing. Large comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Amazing living area and great patio overlooking the bay. Climate control was perfect. Cleaning staff was extremely courteous and came to visit everyday to ask if i need anything! The grounds are well kept. Front Desk staff were super helpful. I lost...

Overall: Had an enjoyable stay at Pelican Bay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. The location of this resort can't be beat. It's right next door to Port Lucaya Marketplace where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this resort to friends who are value conscious and not overly picky about...

Husband and I bought a Groupon for $350 each direct flight from Cincinnati and 4 nights at Pelican Bay. Very nice facility, the room was huge and beautiful, comfy king size bed, large living room area, minifridge and espresso maker. Only drawback was that the hot water heater in our room needed resetting daily, but once the maintenance man showed...

This hotel is beautiful. Our room overlooks onto the bay. It's so relaxing and serene. The people working here are really friendly and willing to help. We would definitely like to come back. The staff here is very friendly and very knowledgeable as to places to visit and things to see.

I visited the Bahamas on a five day trip and had the pleasure of staying at the Pelican Bay Hotel. The hotel is located right next to Port Lucaya and the center of all activities, restaurants etc. The pelican sits on canal so it doesn't have a view of the ocean but the views are still amazing. The rooms were...

The sliding door to the outside was held closed with a stick, there was no lock on the patio door. The bed was broken! Yes, broken! When you sit in the middle of the bed it caved in and the opposite side of the bed elevated in the air. The TV!! Was wayyyy toooo small for the size of the...
