Staff was unlike anything I have ever experienced before, everyone was so extremely rude. There would be 5 people at the pool bar and the bartenders would never make eye contact with you for you to be able to get a drink or order food....More

Grand Lucayan refers to the ENTIRE resort, and Lighthouse Pointe is a smaller section of the resort... the only section that is open for business. I would NOT do all-inclusive. Port Lucaya Marketplace is across the street, and there are much better restaurant options there. There is only one main restaurant at the resort and a couple smaller ones, like a pizza place and a beach shack.
