Due to an Expedia cock up we arrived to find our booking had been cancelled. The staff were so helpful as they managed to accommodate us. We had to change rooms half way through, but the staff moved all our luggage for us. When our second room didn't have a balcony, they set us up with a temporary outside space...

Working locally for a week, so a handy and very reasonably priced hotel which I stayed at durng my last shorter visit in 2014. But on arrival late on a Saturday, staff seemed more keen on getting me to sign for extras (nom-refundable) than welcoming me to the hotel. The room was spacious, the air-conditioning worked, but the noise of...

if this is what the hotel looked like in late 80's it needs a little updating. We were charged $145 per night and felt we were overcharged but since we had just arrived that noon and got back from a 2 tank dive we just took it. The negatives.... pool was dirty, the rug was dirty and had iron and...

This place is a dump!!! Rooms are so outdated..... The pool was so dirty no one would swim in it including me and my kids. Our room had flies, the toilet seat was broke and ran all night and there holes in one of the bed spreads. Every hotel in the world has gone to the newer thicker mattresses except...

We stayed at El Greco hotel for one night after our Blackbeard's Liveaboard dive cruise. What a gorgeous little hotel! The lady at the front desk was SO nice and the service was wonderful. The pool was secluded and private, and the view from the veranda of the beach and the giant cruise ships approaching was amazing. We stayed in...

It's not a 300usd$ hotel, let's get that straight. If I was in Laos or Cambodia it would be $15 hotel- but Bahamas it was the only thing I could find for $80-100 and it was clean, quaint. It isn't Atlantis, but I don't think you would expect it considering the price difference. The staff is nice, the Internet is...

Dear Friend, The Things YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE spending your moneys at this Terrible Hotel 1. Walk with mosquito repellent-The room is filled with mosquitoes and I really don't want the staff telling you as they told me, "You should have walked with your repellent" 2. There's no refrigerator (a basic commodity) in the room, you need one you have...

Booked as a last-minute sleepover for a quick holiday. First, the sign for the hotel is on a closed down restaurant on the main street. We parked out on the street next to the beach and investigated. Not such a good first impression until you get round the corner and see the actual hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and we were...

Ok, staff is nice, hotel is very well located in Nassau but there's nothing to do, it's a dirty shack where I had to sleep with long sleeves and pants and sock because I was scared getting into that bed. Bathroom old and dirty , really only for a touch and go one night if you have to, Bahamas isn't...
