We had the all inclusive it was hazel free. Recomend the lobster tail at the Lobster Grill. Nice watersports especially hobie-cat sailing, diving the navy barges. Did not bring gear except dive comupter mask and snorkel. Service on Letts dive was super. Did not have to change tanks or rinse. Lots of marine life, even when kayaking just outside the...

Very impressed with the staff, especially Sierra at the front desk and Elisa T at Iggies restaurant. Also great beach with fun water sports for my son and me to play with. Also live music and happy hours every night. We will come back on the way back from our BVI trip

We stayed with a 6 and 9 year old. The free activities kept the kids occupied for hours as mom and dad read/slept! Clean but a bit dated as reflected in the rack rates. There were numerous other activities to undertake. We strongly suggest speaking with Tracy in the boutique/tour desk. She set up some fun trips for our kids.

We had 3 adults in our party and all had a wonderful time at this resort. We elected the all-inclusive package. We were immediately welcomed upon our arrival, our name was posted on their bulletin board. Very friendly staff throughout the resort. Our room was kept very clean and plentiful towels provided. The Lobster Grill serves outstanding food, for all...

My husband and I were in St Thomas for Thanksgiving and had dinner with Bolongo Bay - The turkey was DELICIOUS!!! very moist and tasty. The sides served, traditional dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce - ALL very delicious and we enjoyed a bottle of Champagne with our dinners and what a wonderful bottle it was. If you ever...

Staff accommodates your every desire. Private Bongolo Beach has snorkeling, kite boarding, wind surfing, and hobbie cats. Location is optimized for fun. Everything on St. Thomas can be reached with taxis. Sunset cruise leaves every other night, and is a perfect Caribbean getaway. Secret bay that is simply exquisite. Lobster grill provides 5 star dinning with a local flare. Chiefs...

With every room facing the ocean & a staff that bends over backwards, making you the center of attention, this resort is everything it promises to be & more. We already want to go back & stay forever.

My wife and I stayed for a week the last week of October 2016. The vacation was very relaxing. It was the off season, so we had the resort pretty much to ourselves. I cannot praise the staff enough for making our stay wonderful. Did the all-inclusive which is the only way to go. They have a fine dining restaurant...

My son just had his wedding at Bolongo Bay. What I can say is that this resort has the most accommodating staff I have ever experienced. Due to an unfortunate accident the father of the groom broke his back and was not able to attend. The wedding coordinator face timed the ceremony from start to finish so that he could...

Came for a week with my husband for our honeymoon. It was incredible. So fun and relaxing which is the exact trip we were looking for. When we arrived we were greeted by Noah who was so kind and informative. We told him that we were staying for our honeymoon and he had a bottle of champagne and chocolates sent...
