We stayed one night before starting the rest of our vacation. We couldn't find check in, nothing was labeled, the office smelled, and our unit was dirty and in need of updating. When I went to complain saying that the price we were compensated some money. Unfortunately there were no other units available. He did tell me that we were...

We rented our place in Building B (Corner Unit) from a private owner. It was luxurious, comfortable & we did not want to leave. The views as we walked through the front door were jaw dropping. The beach was so close (maybe 25 steps) and we walked it every morning & every night. Our condo had a full kitchen so...

We were booked at the Crystal Cove but were "upgraded" to the Sapphire Beach Resort. Only thing we could figure is that all the balconies open over the beach which was gorgeous. The studios are large but very dated and in need of major updating. Rooms were clean though and service was good. Great for a few days but not...

First, let me start by saying, if you're going to stay here, you really need to book a condo through an owner. There are so many beautiful condos listed on VRBO and the owners take pride in them. They are very well maintained and absolutely stunning. (No, I am not an owner). Just take a little time and do some...

We were originally booked at Sapphire Village Resort which is managed at Sapphire Beach where check-in occurs. When I inquired about the WiFi which was listed was on the list of features in our reservation. I was told that none of the units in Sapphire Village have WiFi. After showing the reservation from hotels.com and after considerable discussion, we were...

Rented a vacation condo from Calypso Realty called Sapphire Breeze. It is located in the Sapphire Beach Club and Marina. The condo is located up the hill from the marina and beautiful Sapphire Beach near Red Hook in St. Thomas. The location allows you to have beautiful views of the ocean from your private balcony. The walk was not difficult...

We booked a room via Orbitz. We arrived and didn't even know it. There isn't much of a welcoming sign out on the road. In fact the only sign you will see in great big letters is the Slice pizza that is part of the condominiums. The taxi took us to the "office" in building A. There is no sign...

I just arrived here today, and I will be leaving soon. It is an absolute DUMP. It is rundown and depressing, the beach is overcrowded beyond belief and there is not one thing relaxing about this place. I am horrified that I have to stay here even for the night. I have nothing positive whatsoever to say about this place....

We just finished a 4 day stay at the resort. First off, I will say that the beach itself is beautiful and the views driving into the resort and from the balconies in building "B" where we stayed, are incredible. We rented a condo that had been fully remodeled and had no issues with the particular unit we stayed in....
