Our friends and I decided to go on a 5-day vacation before college started and it was completely worth it. Everything was amazing and consistent while all together passing our expectations. Highly recommend if you want to stay at an amazing resort in the Caribbean!
The views were spectacular. The rooms were huge. However, the resort was lacking in the amenities you would expect. No beach bar or drink runner. Restaurants closed early. Lack of options for food. Our bed was in serious need of a new mattress. It was...More

THE ROOM: I paid for an ocean view. The first room that they gave to us (Room 437) looked over the water as long as you got past the rooftop of the building that is right in front of our balcony. The room has a...More

Just an addition to the previous answer. You have to choose the all-inclusive package to get the free use of kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment. Some of the snorkeling equipment is leaky but some is good. You borrow it at a towel building near the pool. If you get a leaky mask, trade it in for a good one. You need to have passports to go to the British VI. If you don't have a passport, there are snorkeling cruises to other parts of the USVI. Definitely try a pontoon boat cruise - either for snorkeling or just a short sunset cruise. Your kids may like kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling and swimming. You can borrow volleyballs and basketballs for use in the pool or the basketball court. There is a mini-golf course (with resident iguanas) and kareoke one night and movies in the main building. There is a tour desk in the main building with information on tours and other activities away from the resort.

There was ample shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. As previously mentioned, the gift shop is well stocked. There is a hairdryer and lighted make-up mirror. We only needed insect repellent 1 evening, but you may wish to bring insect repellent - you can purchase it as light weight wipes that can go through airport security. Bring suntan lotion. You can get suntan lotion in a small deodorant size wipe-on version rather than a lotion if you need to bring it in a carry-on bag or buy it at the gift shop.
