Beautiful location and view, but this place is not a typical Marriott five-star hotel. We are loyal Marriott owners but we would not stay here again. Our room was no better than a Comfort Inn. It was old and needed serious upgrades. The air conditioning unit sounded like a plane taking off. Floors were dirty, things were falling off the...

Coco Joe's Restaurant is located on the beach between Marriott's Frenchman Reef and Morning Star Beach Resort in St Thomas, U.S.V.I. The food is great, the drinks are delicious, the view oh so beautiful and the wait staff even better. Vincia (sorry if I misspelled)and Myrtle are terrific servers; accommodating; patient and attentive. Coco Joe's is a must see, drink...

The property is located in a beautiful spot and the physical condition of the hotel is decent, not great, but okay. The staff is lazy and noisy. The maids make enough noise to drown ou the ocean. They very uncooperative. It took an act of God to get two bars of soap and the air conditioning filter had never been...

The animals you saw were amazing. With animals ranging from the Sea Turtles, Stingrays, and gigantic silvery fish called Tarpin. There were different times on when to go but we chose the 8:30 p.m. We didn't get back to the hotel until 10:15 p.m. (We were staying at Bolongo Bay. The people we met were all nice but unfortunately no...

Frenchmen's Reef has a beautiful beach location. Multiple pools, good gym and a nice tour desk. It's a great place to relax and unwind. You can take the ferry right from the hotel to Charlotte Amalie on an hourly schedule.

We decided to stay at Frenchman's Reef, having initially booked the Ritz Carlton, but cancelled when they tried to charge my credit card for the whole stay two months before we left, and that's at a pay later price ! How glad we were that we did. Despite being such a big hotel, except in the foyer, you are never...

We stayed at the Morningstar part of the resort in March 2017. Morningstar is a separate part of the hotel, down at the beach. The main part of the hotel is up a steep climb; however, there is a shuttle that runs between the two all day long. The rooms in the Morningstar are quite nice- air conditioned and comfortable....
