We traveled to St Croix from Europe to celebrate our son's wedding party and stayed at The Palms at Pelican Cove. The hotel is conveniently located at the sea shore and close to the town. Rooms are big and air con worked fine as much as we needed it. Shower was good and beds gave a good sleep. Best part...

Our experience at The Palms far exceeded our expectations! My husband & I chose to host our destination wedding at The Palms after reading countless reviews on TripAdvisor, but we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by an experience that far surpassed anything we had envisioned! Chuck, Jill, Willy, Tommy, Stephanie, Ray, Bud, Gloria, and the rest of the staff...

WOW! That is all I can say to describe our trip to The Palms! The place is like heaven on Earth. We arrived after a long trip to a beautiful rooftop suite! It was gorgeous, large room with amazing view! When I first walked onto the balcony I saw a beautiful beach, palm trees for miles, and to top it...

Excellent choice. Wonderful staff and amenities. Clean, uncluttered beach. Great pool. Skip trivia night--it's a gang of cliqueish locals. You will feel like an intruder. Also, they advertise room service, but it's not available.

Thank you for the nice review - we're glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is a tradition that Monday night at The Palms is Trivia Night. We introduced it here because it is a bit of a break from the routine and can be quite entertaining and challenging. It is of course optional, but it gives our...

Beautiful resort, wonderful friendly staff, excellent snorkelling right off the fine sand beach. The owner (Chuck) was very personal and made sure the clients were having a wonderful time. He even gives 5 Star snorkelling tours of the local reefs right off the resort. All of the guests and wedding party had a marvelous, memorable time. Thanks to everyone at...

The owners are the most hands on and, hence, welcoming hoteliers I've met in a long time. As a frequent traveler to both leisure resorts and business hotels, I feel the difference between "scripted" interest and real caring. Pelican Palms is the real deal. After years of being charged $8 for a bottle of water by hotels who helpfully left...

My husband and I traveled to St Croix on business last week. We spent the first two days in town at the Holger Danske. Business was only the first two days and we had planned to stay a few more to enjoy the island. Although mildly satisfactory for a business trip, the Holger Danske doesn't offer anything more than a...

I am pleased to hear that everything went so well at our bar on your arrival. Our bartenders know they are the first on island to have the opportunity to get you sat down and start your relaxation process (with a complimentary beverage). And as you hinted, getting off a plane hungry these days is the rule, rather than the...

The Palms is a clean, comfortable hotel and resort on a beautiful beach. Owner Chuck took us skin diving (dive and equipment were free!) in the coral reef off the coast...spectacular! All the rooms have an expansive ocean view. Although I was there for business I felt like I was on vacation. It's just a great, secluded get-away spot.

We stayed at the Palms at Pelican Cove from 11/13/10 thru 11/20/10. My wife and 6-year old daughter along with myself were part of a 30+ dive group that stayed at the Palms. Overall, we had a great time! The staff were so friendly and we were treated very well. The owner, Chuck was not present during our vacation stay...

We were delighted to have you and your dive group stay here with us. Unfortunately, and as you pointed out, I was off island when you visited. I'm happy to hear that you very much enjoyed your stay and that our staff were there for you. I know how important that is. Most of our staff have been here for...
