I can't recommend The Palms at Pelican Cove enough! We had our wedding there in April 2011 and we had such an amazing time. From Jill and Julie that helped us with planning our wedding, Mama G taking care of our room, and Willie and Tommy at the bar....everyone was so nice and accommodating! With the help of Jill and...

My wife and I stayed at The Palms for a week at the end of April 2011. We dont have a bad thing to say about the place. The owner, Chuck, seemed to go out of his way to make sure our stay at his hotel, as well as our stay on the island, was a great one. He took...

We recently spent our annual Caribbean Spring Break at The Palms at Pelican Cove. We were impressed by the food - it is excellent - better than the more upscale places we've stayed throughout the Caribbean. The daily specials are not to be missed. We didn't bother with any other restaurants on the island. You'll see that many locals eat...

I'm glad that you enjoyed the food here at The Palms. Our chefs take a great deal of pride in what they do and your candid feedback means a lot to them. They ensure that our expansive menu leans toward a variety of comfort food, as well as incorporating popular local dishes and daily specials. And we know how important...

Excellent service overall. The entire staff at The Palms at Pelican Cove makes you feel as though you're the most important guests. Everyone gets to know your name and treats you like family during the visit. Very accomodating and friendly, and exactly what we were looking for during our vacation. The size, location, and accomodations were exactly what we wanted....

We researched for hours before deciding on St. Croix and the The Palms as our vacation destination. All I can say is that we definitely made the right decision! This was our first time visiting the Caribbean and this trip hosted by Chuck and Joyce, owners of the The Palms, has set the bar EXTREMELY high! The Hotel and the...

I highly recommend staying at The Palms at Pelican Cove. The only negative i have to say is we couldn't stay there longer. You will not be disappointed by the rooms, the service or the people working there. Do yourself a favor and stay there.

I am a repeat offender of the Palms, this being my ninth time staying at this amazing property. This time, my partner and I were getting married at the hotel. It was truly the most amazing, magnificent, and memorable wedding and vacation! We had several family and friends who joined us, and Julie the hotel manager once again went above...

The Palms is great hotel with a fantastic staff who made sure all our needs were met. The cove and the reef were teeming with all manner of sea life and the snorkeling was an adventure courtesy of Chuck, the owner, and Mitch his manager. The food was excellent and the weekly Carribean Night was a great festival. We heartily...

I'm not normally one to write a review. In this case, I felt my experience was worth the effort. The owners and staff pulled off the best destination wedding in history, according to over 75 guests. The food was tasty and beverages were priced reasonably. The grounds were beautiful, and we could walk right out of our room and walk...

Thank you for the wonderful review - your kind comments mean a lot to us. Our staff recognize and appreciate that no one here is more important than our guests. That is a prerequisite to working here at The Palms. Our staff, Joyce and I included, have a great time making sure that our guests have a wonderful stay, and...

My family traveled to the resort for a destination wedding. The wedding party was rather large for being a destination wedding and I know the wedding planner and hotel management really bent over backwards to ensure the bride and groom were satisfied. We had a few bumps in the road but felt that it was properly taken care of by...
