Didn't visit the restaurant but the rooms are okay. Kind of outdated & could use a little renovation. Bed was comfy & the sound of the waves were soothing. My room was on the second floor, the chairs on the balcony could use updating as well.

Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the maintenance staff to the admin staff upfront is kind, friendly, and truly appreciative of your being a guest. I travel to St. Croix one week out of every month for business. If I were unable to get a room here I would cancel the whole trip. My job requires that I spend a... More

My husband I enjoyed staying at The Palms. The staff was tremendously helpful, from the sweet hospitality of the ladies at the front desk to the dining waiters/waitresses as well as the complimentary snorkeling lessons/tour by the granddaughter of the owner! She was absolutely wonderful and gracious for sharing her time and conversation! The most beautiful views of the water... More

I stayed at this hotel for conference, and I really loved my room. I had glass sliding doors that overlooked the beach too and walked right out to it. It was gorgeous. The people that worked at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the food- not a lot of local... More
