My wife and I spent 7 nights (11/3-11/10) in Bldg 1 room 105. The owner, Phil, was sure to make our trip memorable by creating a wonderful environment. We have been using VRBO annually since 2000 and this unit is by far the cleanest and most true to the online pictures. Quiet, p

Wonderful vacation stay at Northwest Point resort in building 2 unit 201! Pool and Hot Tub were a great place to relax and daily walks along the beach up and down without the Grace Bay crowds was excellent. The resort offered a quiet get-a-way in a beautiful setting. The st

We stayed at this beautiful resort. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Expect a little extra driving time because you are a little bit away from the action, but we liked it that way! They were hit by Irma so some of the condos were still under renovation, but ours was jus

I stayed at the Northwest Point resort in 2017. It was an enjoyable vacation. Very peaceful and quiet. When I visit Turks and Caicos I usually stay at Sibonne on Grace Bay but I wanted to try something different. Though the beach is not as beautiful as Grace Bay Beach it has its

Everyone loved the pool!
Walking along the beach was fantastic! It felt like we were the only ones there.
The condo bedrooms were small, but adequate.
We met other vacationers and enjoyed finding out where they were from.
A nice size condo in a very exclusive private location,

Was there much damage from the hurricanes? Have things returned to normal? Any lasting effects?
I don't get notified about these questions, so I only see them when I stumble across them. We were there for Hurricane Matthew which passed the island and resulted in some high winds, but not much more. There was no damage to the property or to anything else on the island, as far as I'm aware.

Any security at this resort? Robbery and shooting at similar condo resort on 7/29/2017
Our resort is located on the far side of the island, we provide security during the day by our daily staff as well as security at night with a security guard, we also have a gated entrance at the front of the property and our property manager lives on site 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our resort is very safe and secure environment for all of our guests.

Hi, kathy. What would you like to know about this accommodation? I was looking into booking a stay here and the price it is calculating seems to be way off. Why are taxes a fees over $4,000? Northwest - Ocean Front 1 bedroom Thu, Jan 25 - Fri, Feb 2 Change Dates Nightly Rate $275.00 Rooms 1 Nights 8 Guests 2 Subtotal $2,200.00 Taxes and Fees $4,048.00 Total: $6,248.00
Thank you for your questions, we are currently experiencing some issues with our booking engine and trip advisor, rest assured it will be corrected shortly. The room rate is correct at 275.00 the taxes to be added is 10% and 12%, if you visit northwestpoint site you can book directly until we correct the taxes with trip advisor.

Our flight arrives at 8pm and I'm wondering what the drive out to the resort would be like at night. We'll have a jeep and I'm usually comfortable driving in new places. Is the resort easy to find? Decent road signage?
who did you rent from ?

My girlfriends and I are planning an April vacation. How is the drive from Grace Bay to Northwest Point Resort? It is dangerous or scary for 6 woman - especially at night? Is there much crime in the area? Is there somewhere on your website that shows the menu at your facility. Thanks.
Thank you for your inquiry, the drive from Grace bay is aprox 15 mins, it is not dangerous or scary, the road is paved and it is very wide, I recommend a car rental, we have not had a problem with any crime at the resort, our restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, northwest point resort is located on a national marine park it is ideally suited for those that prefer a more relaxing , private and tranquil vacation, our beach is on of the most unique beaches on the island with wonderful wildlife and reefs to explore, thank you
