We stayed in a double room. Hotel room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. Very little noise from the street, only fron the hallway and early in the morning at breakfast time the staff apparently found it necessary to play loud Indian music.. The breakfast is poor, don't expect anything: plastic plates and cutlery, hardly...

Palms Hotel was really nice but the only thing I did not like was one of the desk attendants who was not nice at all. I have been to this hotel twice because two brides wanted to stay there the night before their weddings so that they could dress there with their bridal party on the wedding day.

Can I give this place less than one star? If I could, I would. From bad furniture to unhelpful staff to no in-room phone or hair dryer or hot water, this place should not be on anyone's list. There is no restaurant, although they do offer a bit of breakfast and it is located in a very poor section of...

There are many things to like about this hotel. It is so close to the airport, you can see it (which is convenient). The rooms are smallish but comfortable and have upscale finishes. The restaurant isn't bad at all and service is good. But the building is only partially finished. Many rooms are not available because they aren't finished, the...

I spent a week at this hotel for work purpose. This hotel has no entertainment and it is no five star hotel for vacation. Prefect for short stay in Trinidad. Simple breakfast is provided every morning. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

My fiance and I made a first time reservation a month in advance of our arrival via this hotel's website. We received an email saying that our reservation was made "tentatively" with no further explanations. The day before our arrival I contacted the hotel and reconfirmed our reservation. I was assured everything was ready. The day of our arrival one...

I came to TT for a 3 week business trip in October to November. This place is no better and no worse than a myriad of other small jotels and hostels scattered around the area. After 2 nights here at $125/ night in these primative accomodations, I moved directly across the street to Deans Hotel. It is a weekly hotel...
