At arrival I was waiting 10 min for somebody to show up at reception and finally somebody came only after I was calling on the phone telling them that I am waiting at reception; the ring bell from reception was ignored. The bed sheets did not...

We stayed here for our nieces engagement party the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been recently updated and is very comfortable. We had a full English in our package and it was fabulous. Everything required for a short stay would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a couple of nights while attending a funeral. Found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. It is slightly noisy as you could hear people moving in neighbouring rooms. Ate in the carvery which was very popular. Liked the individual booths so we were not bothered by some of the larger...

Good base for Bike Park Wales - Don't expect much and you won't be upset. For £60 a night for a double room you can't really complain. Most rooms seem to have a double bed and a single bed for those wanting to share. The hotel has dated decor, in reception, bar, dining room and the bedrooms. We had a...
