Picturesque hotel grounds. Rooms are new and modern. Staff helpful and courteous. The costs of COVID testing in both directions does add to the cost of the vacation. For a family of 4 especially! But we had a relaxing time. The hotel had low occupancy so we got then sense of quiet seclusion. We couldn't leave the grounds in any case. There are 3 main restaurants - The Great House (daily breakfast and open for dinner) and the fancier Stone Barn (prix fixe) and Fisherman's Village - all on the property. The beach is partially black sand (it's a volcanic island). The waters are calm. Paddle boarding and Kayaking are available as well as snorkeling (but because of COVID you have to either bring your own or purchase gear). I wish there was windsurfing. The flat water and side on-shore breeze is perfect. Overall a very satisfying stay. Food is expensive as others have noted - but it is delicious and service is impeccable. My favorite meal of the day was lunch from pool bar - lots of good choices and plenty of choices for kids as well. Stag is a great local beer. Try it.

Hotel's Favourite
We just returned from a one-week stay at The Park Hyatt in St. Kitts. During that time we left the resort only once, as we loved the property so much we didn’t want to lose any time there. Our beachfront King Suite was literally steps from the beach, and beautifully furnished and appointed, right down to the easy and intuitive lighting system. Housekeeping was excellent and thoughtful, especially the turn down service which always left you a bottle of water and a glass bedside. We frequently ordered room service, both for breakfast and dinner and it was prompt and delicious. If something was missing or incorrect it was quickly replaced and done with a smile. We ate in all 3 restaurants on the property, with the tasting menu at The Stone Barn being a standout. It was really one of the best meals we ever had. We used both pools and the beach and service at all of them was again friendly and prompt. You simply show up and within seconds someone is setting up your chair, your towels and the umbrella and bringing you a glass of ice water. Sunscreen stations are a nice touch as well. They checked on you often during the day to see if you needed anything. Throughout our stay the service was always friendly and gracious. All in all a luxurious and relaxing top-notch resort.

The hotel and and property grounds were very well kept and up to date. The 2 infinity pool areas were amazing with one as as 0 depth entry pool. The beach was rocky and the water was not clear with much seaweed present. I understand this is out of there control but if someone is really looking for a beautiful beach this would not be the place. The food was delicious but limited with only 3 restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for a short getaway. I attended a very informal rum tasting and cooking class which was complimentary with the resort fee and I would definitely recommend.

Instead of writing a review I will just post what we emailed to the General Manager and staff. I would like to start off by saying thank you for the amazing stay at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts. My wife and I love the Hyatt and this stay all the more solidified our loyalty to the Hyatt brand. During our stay, we were welcomed as if we were part of the family. All of our needs and wants were catered to. Most of all, we felt right at home and were glad to experience your hotel with the privilege of being a Globalist. We want to also give praise to your staff who helped this experience become one of our best with the Hyatt brand. Please give them all our kind regards. Every staff member was kind and made us feel like we were part of their family. Please give our thanks to the chefs at the fisherman's village and the Great house. They cooked our delicious catch from the pier. They prepared our catch exactly how we requested it and gave us a one of a kind dining experience. Speaking of one of a kind dining experience, the Stone house had one of our best experiences eating the 5 course meal. Each course tasted better than the last. To be honest, the blackened fish was amazing. We also enjoyed watching the chef and his staff create our wonderful dishes. In fact, our servers were wonderful as well and helped make this dining experience an unforgettable one. If you haven't noticed by now, we are the guests you greeted at the pier while we were fishing. Thank you for taking the time to greet us and to discuss our experience. Speaking of that, please also thank Daniel for setting up our fishing rods and taking us kayaking. Lastly, for what it is worth, we just wanted to say thank you for this time we had. This experience helped rejuvenate our lives as we go back to work and we all deal with the ending of the pandemic. We hope to see you and your staff again in the near future.

This was our second place to this property. Everything about it is magical. It is secluded, the food is wonderful and the facilities are manicured and clean. We didn't leave the property for about 10 days, and did not feel any need to do so. The staff is helpful and happy you are there. We had a room with its own plunge pool, so we left our room only to eat (and we did have a fair bit of room service as well!). We ready lots of books. If you want to unwind in the sun in a beautiful location where you don't have to worry about anything, this is the place.
