Imagine a rambling property on a quiet island with broad vistas of sunlight sparkling off clear blue ocean and groves of slender, undulating palms, and the sound of waves lending a peaceful, rhythmic backdrop to a soft, tropical atmosphere. That is the feeling of Pirates Point Resort. My husband and I are divers and were excited to read the great...

If you want to go off grid, to a place that offers all that nature can offer, enhanced by a resort that lifts the bar a few feet higher, than this is your place! The food, accommodations, service, scenery and staff will make you think you died and gone to Heaven! While PPR is a dive resort, we aren't divers,...

Great diving, great food (gained 7 pounds this year an unfortunate new high), wonderful people both guests and staff. Really can't imagine how it could be better. The new chef Joanne is excellent and combined with the amazing Dianne each...

I can't really begin to describe all the things that make Pirates Point special. There are numerous posts extolling the virtues but you just have to experience it to understand just how special this place is. You are welcomed immediately by Gay and given a quick overview of how things work here. Gay then explained she would fix my first...

Pirates Point is a great place to relax and dive. It's like a B&B for diving. Small resort and you eat meals with other guests, so it's like a small family. The food is outstanding -- every meal is full of flavor. The staff is knowledgeable and fun. They make you feel at home during your stay. Facilities and dive...
