Hi. I am the owner of #40. That review is almost 3 years old. Since that time, the club Royal Palms Beach Club has installed an enclosed bandshell to dampen the noise. We have spent $20,000 to install, sound barrier sliding doors. The sound level is monitored very closely and we have had no complaints in several years. Hope this helps.
