The Kimpton Seafire is one the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I've traveled throughout four continents and hands down KS is the best. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff; they make you feel like you're a visitor in their home. I will definitely return.

Hotel's Favourite
The Kimpton Seafire is perhaps one of the most beautiful resorts on Grand Cayman. From the moment we stepped into the resort to the check out, it was perfection. The staff was outstanding, from the bellman to the pool assistants. You are greeted by your last name everywhere you dine, drink, or lounge. I was celebrating my birthday and anniversary and we received unexpected surprises with dinner almost every evening at Ave. We stayed for four delightful nights and I not only felt rested and relaxed, I felt pampered and refreshed. Check-in was a breeze and you are greeted with bubbles for tte adults and juice for the kids. You are given a brief tour on the resort and then you are whisked off to your room. Our bags arrive at our room at the same time as we did, seamlessly. Since we are Platinum status, we received an upgrade to an Oceanview spa suite with two queen beds. The rooms are tastefully decorated with custom woodwork and lovely ombré blackout drapes. The balcony is glass which allows for unobstructed views to the magnificent pool and seven mile beach, which by far is one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The best part about the Seafire is that is relatively secluded from all the other resorts which makes for a far more relaxing beach experience. Their are no crowds and all non motorized equipment is included in your stay. You can kayak, paddle board, or sea tricycle to your heart’s content. While the ocean and beach is amazing, the pool area is equally lovely. We went during spring break so there were many families but, it was never crowded or cramped. The pool lounges and umbrellas are comfortable and provide ample shade. The pool staff, especially Romeo, make you feel comfortable and cater to your needs. You tell what you want and need and they accommodate. Poolside dining for lunch is excellent and arrives promptly. There is plenty of lounging space for everyone and there are several cabanas around the pool and on the beach. Also, the resort provides sunblock, aloe Vera afternoon gel, hand sanitizer, and swim diapers at the the pool and beach. There are multiple infused water stations along with the amenities just mentioned. So if you are carrying on, just bring face sunblock sticks and you are good to go. The food at Seafire is superb. It is handsomely plated, varied, and delicious. They accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. Everything is made to order and they have a vegetarian menu at Ave. We ate tacos at Cocoloba on Taco and Tequila night, and it was excellent. The view from this beachside eatery is wonderful. We watched the sunset over the ocean while we dined. My 8 year old participated in Seafire kids camp for two AM sessions and she had fun. She did some drawing, lawn games, and tons of pool play in the kids splash pool and the shallow end of the beach. She also got to play by the beach. The staff at the kids club is very friendly, and they reapply sunblock every hour on the hour. The sunblock is complimentary but if your child has sensitive skin, you should send some in just in case. They do use a separate face sunscreen on the children at camp. The camp also has all day, AM, and PM options and apparently craft time at around 1:00. The concierge was very accommodating and scheduled a last minute snorkeling, sting ray city, and starfish island tour for us. We also took advantage of the 5-6 pm complimentary refreshments. This mainly consisted of canned beers, hard seltzers, Capri Sun juices, and fruit gummies. We went every evening before dinner which was a nice little treat for everyone. The other nice part of the resort is that their are multiple areas to sit and enjoy the lovely gardens and ocean views. Also, they are added a splash park that appears to be nearly finished. Once the splash park opens, the pool will probably be more adult friendly because the splash park looks really fun. Overall, I give this resort two thumbs up because the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and the location is incredible. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Jon Whyte for helping us celebrate our anniversary and my birthday and for assisting us with all the options available pre-arrival. We really had a lovely vacation and we will be back.

What an amazing stay! Property is beautiful. The staff at this hotel is top notch! The service incredible, from Dana our concierge to Colleen our server at Ave ( Calvin w the valet team gets a shout too! As well as housekeeping, the bar team at Ave & cocolova!) every staff member went out of their way to be helpful. Dana in particular made great suggestions, lined up several tour for us and checked in with us daily. She truly made this a very special trip in every way. The beach & pool are both beautiful. We will be back! ( ps the pina colada’s are the best , not too be missed)

Absolutely wonderful staff, and a special thanks to Alicia who was always there to help with our never ending requests. Food was excellent and the beach is beautiful. Hotel itself is very nice and our regular king room was perfect. Please note below for special rooms we had for our kids and grandkids. When we return to Grand Cayman, this is where we will stay. Again, our thanks to Alicia and the whole staff for making our stay so great.

This resort was an absolute dream for me and my wife. Exemplary service across the board! Eni is by far the greatest front of house staff member we have come across, as well Subha, Kimone and the entire front desk team. They deserve so much praise and acknowledgment for their care and efforts to make sure our stay was more than satisfactory. Thalia and Rita of the concierge team were brilliant, and their knowledge of the island and recommendations added so much to our trip. Whether it was shopping or restaurants or simple ask, they were always incredibly helpful. The front door team consisting of Imra, Reunaldo, Jeff, Kevin and others were so warm and welcoming and made sure that our transit to and from the resort was seamless. Lastly, but certainly not least, we would like to thank Alex, Ryan, Robert and Romeo for making sure we were always taken care of at the pool and bar area. As well as the spa team who blessed us with immaculate care and service. The list could go on, but know that the love was felt and we would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful place to anyone and everyone. Cheers my friends! -Obray and Julie Cowan

Our group of 7 (11 yr. old, 2 teens & 4 adults) had a wonderful time at the Kimpton. The staff at the Kimpton are the friendliest & most accommodating people I've encountered in a long time. The amenities were fantastic & daily happy hour was a nice touch. The rooms are well appointed & evening turndown service with water bottles and cookies was a nice treat to have at the end of the evening.

I don’t even know where to start… this resort is absolutely stunning. They have done such an amazing job from decorating the interiors to landscaping the outdoors, it looks like a magazine spread. The staff are phenomenal. Everyone greets you and gets to know you, and you feel like family with the personal attention and pampering. Huge shout out to Lazlo and Sudan at restaurant Ave, Robert and Gabriel at the pool, and Faustina and Thalia in the lobby. And all of the amazing gentlemen at the front who helped us with transportation and were the first to greet us upon on our arrival back to the resort every day! The food was always delicious and tasted so fresh. We could not recommend Ave enough. Their breakfast buffet is the perfect start to any day. The fresh fruit infused waters that they have placed all around the resort were also a very welcomed treat! 10/10, A+, 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My family and I recently stayed at Kimpton and the service and attention we received was impeccable. The hotel itself is beautiful. I loved the decor throughout and the hotel grounds are kept just as beautiful. I recommend this resort for families and for couples as well. The food was amazing..breakfast was my favorite and lunch at Coccoloba was yummy. But one of the things that I loved most was the little details of what they had available. Sunscreen, ice cold water by the beach/pool, constant attention from staff and were all very helpful. In the rooms they had shaving kits, toothbrush kit, big bottles (with pump) of body wash, shampoo and conditioner which smell amazing. All in all I would stay here again. I miss it already!

I have been to the Caymans three times now and this resort blew the rest out of the water. Firstly, their staff is treated well no matter their job (several staff noted this to us on a few occasions) and this comes out in the service. Everyone is kind, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to ensuring guests have a top experience. Every day they set up beach chairs and towels (tucking each in to ensure it stays snugly throughout the day) and their beach and poolside menus were so delicious we ended up eating there most days. They went out of their way to celebrate our 10th anniversary by greeting us with champagne and chocolate-dipped strawberries as soon as we arrived in our room. Further, on the actual day of our anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and towels folded into swans on our beds. Lastly, even when we went to drop our son off at the babysitter we were greeted with a row of little lit-up candles, goodies, and a John Legend song playing in the background. If you are planning to come here for a birthday, anniversary, or honeymoon look no further. They will absolutely deliver. Another big perk for us was Camp Seafire. They have an (almost) year-round camp for kids that runs from 8ish (I forget) to 5pm during the weekdays. They have their own beautiful splashpad to have fun in and they also go in the ocean. At first, I was guilty thinking our son might think we had abandoned him but my son had a blast and practically ran into the arms of the counselors each day. Counselors at the camp double as babysitters in the evening from 6-9 so you also already know who you are dealing with and can really trust that your little one will be taken care of. As a mother who had never done this, I was a little apprehensive but once I met the counselors it was clear that they really have it together. The fact that they have effective childcare on-site really made this trip for us (we were exhausted post-COVID parents who needed a break), and I cannot recommend it enough. Last, but certainly not least, their award-winning spa is the best in the Caribbean and it is not to be missed. Yes, it is incredibly expensive, but the facility is impeccable and our couples massage was deliciously relaxing. It was worth every dollar we spent. Kimpton Seafire we cannot thank your staff enough for giving us the trip of a lifetime!
