The Bitter End yacht club has it all. For the active family members the water sport's activities are phenomenal. Sailing, diving, kiteboarding, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling, exploring etc. The staff are extremely professional, courteous and helpful. You won't go wrong with a holiday at BEYC

I have been going to the Bitter End Yacht club since 1995. I have been there with friends, family, my wife and without exception, we had a wonderful time. This is a place where you need to understand what you are looking for and what you are getting for your vacation time and money and it happens to fit in...

We sailed our catamaran into the harbor, anchored for the night, and swam to the restaurant for drinks and dinner. A welcoming, comfortable place with amazing food for the world's end, and warm staff. Great snorkeling and windsurfing here too. Ahhh.....

The Bitter End used to be pretty much the only game in North Sound on Virgin Gorda. Since the late 1980's, Leverick bay has built some fine establishments and Saba Rock has been transformed from a dive shop on a rock to a hotel and eatery. These developments sapped away much of the business from the pricey Bitter End, which...

This place was paradise, and truly a special place in the world. We did not stay at the hotel or many villa's, but this was one of our stops on a charter sailing trip. We did get the tour and we had full access to all amenities. The pool while small was quite and very clean. The people were very...

We were here for a week with friends, and it was just awesome. There are snorkel trips almost every day, sailing any time you want to on anything from Sunfish to Lasers to Rhodes 19's. You can hire a boat and go anywhere in the area. The rooms are fantastic, each with its own outdoor deck and hammock; the beds...

We had breakfast in the restaurant, it was great. the omelet bar was wonderful, and the staff is very friendly. about $25/person. Later we shopped for groceries in the store. We charged $50, but they submitted the charge as $200. Waiting to hear from my CC company about the dispute. Price of the groceries are crazy- $12 for a bag...

BEYC is stunning. If you are coming for R&R, or water sports, prepare to be pleased. Service in the restaurant, however, is painfully slow (even for "island time"), and the stores were not stocked with an assortment of sizes (we were told they stock up in February - - too late for the tall folks back home who we hoped...

BEYC is gorgeous. Great sailing, helpful staff, and the beachfront cottages where we stayed were excellent. I titled this review in connection with how I guess things go at meals on a big ship. It is crowded, there is a lot of good food, but the service is mixed to be charitable. Order a drink and get ready to wait...

We just did our fifth visit the the Bitter End Yacht Club with our three children ages 13-20. You can get a better location for a resort. Our favorite aspect about the resort is the incredible water sports and activities that are included if you stay for there for seven nights. Every day we are either sailing, scuba diving or...
