I am late in writing this review from our trip in March, 2013. We absolutely loved Guavaberry. The units are cozy and minimal, but perfect for our needs. We stayed in a two bedroom unit up on the hill across the street from the office....More
We spent 3 days here in April and LOVED it. I agree with those reviews that had wonderful things to say about this place, so I won't be redundant and will just add "dittos." Tina was very helpful and her suggestions of places to enjoy...More

Casa Luna, a garden view, one bedroom villa, is a short 2 minute walk to the beach at Spring Bay and does offer a/c, telephone, cable tv. The "Guavaberry" cottages are a 3 - 8 minute walk to the beach here at Spring Bay....further from the beach equates to better views and breezes as there is a slight incline on the property....all houses have water views. We can offer a/c in some of the houses @ $25 per day, however, we do not have TV's or telephones. We do have a Guest Lounge available to our guests 24/7....offering a/c, WiFi, cable tv, books, games, and puzzles.
