The hotel and Spa are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Certainly the best place to stay in the area. You can skip the Ristorante Guido da Costigliole as there are many better places in the region and it's terribly overpriced (I did not deduct any ratings as it's not operated by the hotel)

We stopped off at this hotel on our drive back from a week in Tuscany. The hotel is some way from the motorway up a steep winding road, but the views of the surrounding vineyards of Asti are magnificent. We arrived a little after 15h00 to be told by Alessandro (Reception Manager ? As non of the staff had name/function...

Dear BooberBear, as your room was not yet ready, to make your wait more confortable a glass of wine was offered you. We checked with the houskeeping and the room was ready at 15.30 p.m Probably at the reception all people were busy and since you were quite at the bar nobody would disturb you. Concerning the air conditioning we...

The property is very beautiful and very high up with stunning vineyards everywhere you look. We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very comfy bed and great sleep here, and we...

Dear Mrs Ariel G. Thank you for having expressed your valuable opinion about your stay at our House . We did a check with our Spa Manager who told us that the massage was booked for 90 min for 200€ and in a second time was reduced at 75 min at the price of 180 € as you arrived a...

Let me start saying that we live in a place where hospitality and service are outstanding and we got used to it, so we notice some areas of improvement like: the welcome champagne bottle should have been already in the room when we arrived and not delivered later (and it was not cold), the lunch menu missing in the room...

I stayed here as part of a Backroads hiking tour. The property was stunning. Room was nice - the only complaint is that the temperature would not get cold enough for us. Pool is a little walk - but worth it. Gorgeous with views of vineyards. Ate in hotel restaurant and it was delicious. Breakfast was nice with lovely patio...

I just returned from a fabulous stay at the Relais San Maurizio. A gorgeous property nestled in the Piedmont hills and surrounded by vineyards, the location is simply stunning. The staff was accommodating and were able to suggest secure and dinner reservations in the area. Be sure to have dinner in the on-site Michelin-starred restaurant, Guido. We stayed in a...
